First car was picked up, then refused due to the undertray hanging down. A replacement was arranged for the next day.

Easy to use and proceed with booking. Very flexible on cancellations, allowed me to re-book pretty quickly. Which was excellent.

Their cars are not new and they all seemed to have some damage. I witnessed many customers equally perplexed by the amount of damage if their assigned car. Their fleet did not look very new. Even though I had a guaranteed car make and model, they were unable to provide me with what I expected. They had one model but it was the "personal vehicle" for one of the employees and it was not clean/ready for a customer to drive and was probably an early 2010s model.

The photo of the car booked was a later model but the car provided on the day was considerable old.

The location of ACE Rent a Car is very easy to find, and the staff are very friendly. When we went to pick up the car, the service was entirely in English, and the explanations were very detailed, especially regarding the insurance policy.

Car broke down and they had me up and away within the hour. Alongside the tow to my next destination, they gave me a replacement car the day after. Was great service, very happy.

Picking up and dropping off was so easy the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

Called ACE previous to the pick up and asked about adding an extra driver (wife) for the duration of the hire period, was told that this was free. Upon collection, was informed that the above was not the case and that a $2 per day fee was to be charged, not a major, however just need consistency between counter and calling staff information.

The car was satisfactory for what we need it for the staff where help and pleasant when we picked up the car

The car had over 220k, beat up looking on outside, amazed that the inside was so clean

The car had not been (re) cleaned again before we took it, there were a number of bird droppings on the car. I've never seen this before . . . The inside was clean. We often have difficulty at the airport finding the area for the shuttle, more information should be included with the booking.

Have your app, very easy. Like the fact that there isn't an extra charge for 2nd driver. Don't know who is responsible for helping the renter find the shuttle at the airport . . . Ace or Easy??

Waited 30mins for pick up and it was a raining day, the staff was not friendly enough to let us load the luggages under the shelter and rushed us out to the rain. Car should be under serviced for about 2000km more but rented for us for 13days. The mileage was over when we returned the car.

Very good platform, we got our car rebooked automatically when price dropped which saved us money.

Staff was very helpful in describing all the info I need to know and also gave some tips on road conditions and roads to avoid
