The car was exactly as expected and the team were great in their customer service and shuttling us to/from the airport in a timely manner.

The car was extremely dirty and every time I rent through the app, I receive a lower-class vehicle.

You need a domestic driver's license and an international driving permit. The service was decent. I rented the car for three days and then extended for another day, but I had to pay the deposit again when extending, which felt quite inconvenient. Additionally, they required my domestic driver's license and the notarized document again when I extended the rental. Since I didn't have the notarized document with me, it took a long negotiation before they found the copy from three days earlier. Overall, it was a good experience, but dealing with the deposit and notarized document was a bit annoying.

Car was a Hertz car, was a new RAV4 Hybrid so was better than I was expecting. Staff were friendly but had to be bused to the city location to pick up, although we could return at the airport directly Been waiting for a copy of the rental agreement for over 2 weeks
