Excellent service attitude

They asked if I had bought insurance, I said I bought it through a third party. Overall, pick-up, drop-off, vehicle inspection, and deposit refund was very fast.

Overall good. They provide a simple introduction to available insurance options without pushing if you don't need them.

The car rental company is quite large, and their overall service is excellent.

The service was well-coordinated throughout the entire process, providing a great customer experience.

The car pickup service was very slow, with only one or two receptionists, and each customer took at least ten minutes. I had to wait in line for at least an hour. When returning the car, I filled up the tank at a gas station just one kilometer away and even kept the receipt. However, the staff said it wasn't necessary. After I returned home, I was charged $65 for refueling, claiming there was only one-eighth of a tank left. This is blatant fraud and extortion. Absolutely unacceptable.

Car wasn’t ready when we arrived and girl called for it but still didn’t come . After about 20 minutes she went herself to get it and took another 15 minutes or so to bring it back saying she has to wash it herself !she was delightful but bargain generally not good

The overall experience was brilliant The only issue I had is when I went to drop off the car the gps took me to your old address

Bargain offers good service and car conditions, but they do not recognize the insurance purchased through QEEQ (QEEQ says Bargain cannot see it). Additionally, QEEQ did not clearly inform about this risk during the booking process.

Car was small and low powered but suited our needs and purpose for this trip. Staff were excellent. Friendly and jovial. Answered all questions and took care of a minor problem without hesitation.
