We got a good quality car for a very fair price. It was easy to pick up in one city and drop off on another. Budget has the best price on a car of all the other companies we look at. I was very satisfied with our experience.

Partly my fault process long as I went to eurocar instead budget, so waited in line twice. I misunderstood position of car in Carpark. I spent half an hour with sore feet ( new shoes) spitting rain before finding car parked in avis.

The car model was not the Toyota Corolla we initially requested, and the trunk could hardly fit suitcases over 28 inches.

I had Toyota corolla and would be nice if my car would been have a cargo cover as well, just while leaving my luggage to the car it's gives extra security while leave your luggage inside the car. Other than that car was good and everything was great.

Great service, no waiting, immediate pickup. Located in the city, convenient transportation.

Avoid budget/avis! They have thieves among they employees: while I was taking out my luggage from the trunk, 2 employees took some small things I had deposited in the glovebox compartiment!

An excelent car. No problems at all for the whole trip! Budget staff were lovely & quick at both pick-up and drop-off. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The car had excelent range on a full tank, giving me a small sense of security despite the bushfires nearby.

Unfortunately, I was held up at work and late to pick up my car. The manager, Jen G of Brisbane Office, on her way to her car, came back to the office to help me. She went above and beyond to serve me in a friendly and personal manner. I am very grateful to her.

I booked a medium SUV - Mitsubishi ASX or similar - and received a Holden CHR which is a small SUV. For the price I paid I feel I didn’t get value for money. The CHR didn’t even fit 2 large suitcases in the boot, which was a key consideration of my purchase. The CHR also had dents on the passenger side. Apart from that the car was clean on the inside, fairly new and easy to drive. The customer service was good, even though we noticed an available Mitsubishi ASX sitting in the Budget carpark.

The booking was easy to use. I used the live chat to notify Budget my plane was running half an hour late. At first I didn’t think the customer service staff helped me but in the end she notified the local Budget agent, which was great.

I did not deal with any Budget staff, I had to pick up the car from the Avis desk.

I was a bit annoyed that they cancelled my original booking just a couple of weeks before I was due to travel, it had been booked for month, this meant it cost me an extra £300 over the original price/

Everything is good except my rental deposit they charge to my another credit card is not returned yet and no email is received yet although I returned car on 28 December 2019. I didn't exceed milage and I filled full fuel and washed car also before return. Feel upset a bit about deposit what is going on?

SOuthern Cross Station Parking Garage was really full when I brought the car back. Furthermore the rental location is in the main hall according to google maps, while the location is in the coach terminal. Employee on collection gave a bit uncomfortable feeling. Lot of explanation about things I already figured out.

Car was on par with what we expected. Not sure why the service counter staff initially assigned a smaller car, but then mentioned that we were given a "free upgrade" to a bigger car (which was actually the exact same car that I had chosen upon booking).

Easy booking. Happy with the savings.

Picking up and returning the car is very convenient, right at the airport. Fifteen minutes is enough.

There were lots of customer waiting for the rental car in budget. The lady was doing great job by handling all the customer smoothly but to do it better may be other car rental should also be linked to help. Budget had nearly 7 to 8 vustomer waiting and near counter other car rental had 0.

Price drop was a really good thing I was very happy when the price dropped. Excellent

We were due to drop our car off at Melbourne airport but due to terrible lack of signage we almost missed it. There were no signs for where to return vehicles and after circling the airport several times, we telephoned budget. As it was after opening time, I expected someone to have answered, but unfortunately nobody did. We telephoned several times with no answer, which of course added to the stress of trying to return the car. After eventually finding the location and returning the car, the staff member who greeted us to check the car over told us the company was unable to display signage detailing returns due to airport rules, which is ridiculous. I understand the company has little control over airport signage,however the fact nobody responded to several phone calls was highly frustrating and added to our stress greatly. We arrived at check in less than five minutes before it closed, not a nice way to end a holiday. I returned the car three days ago and have yet to be emailed my invoice, another example of terrible communication. Would not recommend.

The car was very new, and they provided a 7-seater, though we only had 3 people so we didn't need that many seats.
