This was my first time renting a car abroad. I have to say, their service is impeccable. Even though there was a language barrier, we had a translator, so there were no issues at all.
The pickup process was extremely fast, probably within two or three minutes. There were no unnecessary questions; after checking the documents and registering some basic information, they handed over the keys. Returning the car was even faster; as soon as I handed over the keys at the counter, I was free to go.
The attitude at pick-up was terrible. They claimed there were no Ford Everest diesel cars, but I saw one in the parking lot and took a photo. They then wanted to charge extra, even though it was the same class. The service at the counter was abysmal.
Charged me extra fees. There are hidden terms in the contract on Zuzuche. The return time was clearly stated on the contract, and I returned the car early, but they still said I was late. Fortunately, I kept photo evidence and am now going through the after-sales appeal process. I'm skeptical that Zuzuche will resolve this, and it seems my money is gone for no reason.
The Europcar counter is right in the domestic arrivals hall. We picked up the car around 9 am. There was no one in line, so we were helped immediately. All the counter staff were of Indian descent and had a bit of an accent, but they were very nice. They checked our passport, driver's license, and its translation, asked if we had bought insurance, and then gave us the car keys. We walked to the parking lot ourselves to pick up the car. The parking lot is left when you exit the arrivals hall. Compared to other car rentals at the airport, Europcar has relatively fewer parking spots.
There is information asymmetry between the outlets. They promised something to the customer but couldn't fulfill it, claiming there were no cars available.

Like: Had small scratches. The staff didn't bothered even. Since I had full insurance, wanted to make clear documenting. Suggest to gain full insurance for little extra and be in full relax mode.
