Overall rental was a great value for the price. Shuttle to the rental office was relatively easy and quick. Counter service was extremely slow and the only complaint. Waited 30-45 minutes to get the car with only two guests in front of us. Return was not a problem, service was fast and shuttle was available shortly to the airport.

We have been charged extra for having another person on the car, but we asked at the desk and were informed this was for free. Subsequently, I have been charged over £40 by my credit card including interest, this was never meant to happen and has affected my credit rating. It is a shame as we come to that airport often and always need to hire a car, but this has tainted my experience and probably wouldn't use you again.

I had an amazing experience with Centauro, staff was really friendly and helping, they manage my booking efficiently and quick, the car was brand new and really clean. I highly recommend centauro due to price and service and avoid Goldcar! They rip you off.

We didn’t get the car that we ordered. The car that was given to us was damaged. We had to pay 1200 € for caution

Was expecting a car that reflected the amount I had paid - but the car was nearly new and in excellent condition. Yes they do charge you for a full tank of fuel - but this was refunded. For the bargain price I paid I was expecting some headaches...but had none!

Simply excellent! The only way I will be renting a car from now on. Two rentals this summer and both fantastic value and hassle free.

Arrived 30 min before the Centauro station is closing. and it was closed. no one have answered the phone during my calls. i needed to arrange a pickup from the local station to Centauro. no one have picked up the phone. as result, i didn't picked up the car and lost my voucher money. in addition i needed to rent from another agency on the spot and paid 230 Euros!!

The Centauro location is terrible in Lisbon. Very small and bad location and difficult for pickup and drop off. The shuttle service is inadequate with only one to maximum 2 vans for many people who need the service.

Very nice car - great price/value. Pick-up failed due to inconsistency in mail received at the booking.

Hotline phone number only available in Singapore and Malaysia (+60 & 65). Not a free-call number, why expensive to use.

Wrong vehicle provided but eventually changed. Staff unhelpful. Long wait on service. misleading information by staff.

Excellent condition and no hassle car rental. Only recommendation would be to make it clearer that it is the yellow Centauro shuttle bus and not the general one to the main car hire.

I booked an automatic, but they initially gave me a manual. Might have been a mistake, but running back and forth in the parking lot late at night was not a good experience.

Agence de location à fuir absolument. Attente de 2h pour finalement repartir sans voiture. Arrivés à l'agence avec un taxi que nous avons payé car la navette était pleine. Personnel à l'accueil de l'agence catastrophique mal aimable et inhumain.
