Fair enough

After taking a number at the car rental agency and waiting in line, they tried to upsell insurance but stopped when I told them I had already purchased it. This Kia is a hybrid and drives very well. The fuel consumption is around 5 liters per 100 kilometers. A good rental company.

No suitable cars available. Comparing a VW Golf to BMW, Mercedes, or Audi is unreasonable, even internationally.

Forced to buy the mandatory store insurance for 680 euros (5000 RMB) for 14 days. The car provided was just average. Cross-border fee was 178 euros (1400 RMB). I personally recommend buying the full insurance from the rental service. My deposit has still not been refunded even though the order is completed.

It's the standard process for European car rental companies. The car I booked was not available, and the staff tried to suggest an upgrade. I declined, so they gave me a similar model!

The staff was very friendly and answered any and all questions. Very quick for pick up and drop off, which was very nice considering these processes can be very long and annoying sometimes.

I love using QEEQ while traveling! Very convenient with the app as well. They have a large variety of rental brands to choose from with multiple price points and car types.

The efficiency is quite good, but I was a bit disappointed with the diesel car. Fortunately, the fuel consumption is okay.

I had already paid the airport pick-up fee, but even after the rental company's customer service and the airport staff communicated, they still claimed they couldn't see it in the system and charged me a high airport pick-up fee again. They told me that C-marked cars couldn't enter the city center and that if a camera caught me, I would have to pay a hefty fine. They suggested I switch to an Echo-marked car for an additional cost; however, in reality, C-marked cars can enter the designated core areas of the city as long as the car is parked in an underground garage and a photo of the parking ticket is kept for reference. This is completely different from what the rental company staff said. They also threatened that the insurance I bought through the rental platform was useless and that they wouldn't help if anything happened, exaggerating to intimidate me. This was the worst rental car company and staff I encountered in Spain. In the end, I insisted on choosing directly through the rental platform, and the staff looked very displeased and did not give me the car model I booked; they only provided a Peugeot 308 and would not respond to my questions anymore.

Car was very underpowered for a 5+2 We also unfortunately had a flat tire and there was no tire weld or spare wheel in the car as we were on our way back to the airport, which was very frustrating and could’ve made us miss our flight

Try and make people aware there is a £800 euro deposit if you don’t take their insurance even if you insured elsewhere
