Not very friendly

I requested a particular make of car on arrival as I like it’s features and they were able to find me one that I had not originally requested.The Ford Explorer is a great car for travelling on holiday and am really happy with Budget for doing this for me.

El auto estuvo muy bien, espacioso y mejor tamaño que el inicial que escogí , pero lo único que no estuvo bien , es que estaba sucio, no lo lavaron por fuera y por adentro y No podia ver por los retrovisores de lo sucio .

The staff member was knowledgeable and efficient. The car we were allocated was quite new with low mileage. It was up to date and picked up my phone so I could play Spotify. Great experience.

The vehicle was in really bad condition Every time I braked the whole car would shake. Every time I drove fast the car would star making noises, the pick up speed is really bad. The service of the staff of budget was pretty grumpy and when I went into the office there after dropping of the vehicle the lines were so long I would have missed my flight if I would have waited in line. I don’t believe I should be paying for this rental and I expect a refund.

It would be great to have Chinese customer service.

The car was in poor condition. Oil warning light on all the time. Damage on front of car-large scratches. Transmission noise and vibration. Seal on rear boot section had bee refitted -badly several times.

The car was ok for the short time we needed it, overall the car was a pile of junk compared to other cars I have rented, a $10 car with a $5 interior.

It would be best to have Chinese service.

The staff was very efficient. They are likely familiar with the process of renting to non-US driver's licenses due to proximity to Mexico.

It’s located in a shopping centre past customer services but the service was good and the car excellent

I informed the staff that I had my own excess insurance but still got charged a daily rate. Not happy with this.

They should hire more people. Still, my attendant was very kind and helpful.

Waited over an hour to pick up car as they were so busy. We had to replace a tyre whilst using it. Customer service said to pay for it and claim back from returns desk - we were then informed that that wasn’t the correct way to have done it because we were from the UK, so they couldn’t do a refund at the time as they would need their main office staff to sort it out. So, at the moment we are $189 out of pocket awaiting a refund hopefully

Booking with QEEQ was very easy and competitively priced especially with the diamond club

Counter staff was helpful once I had a mask. Unfortunately they couldn't provide one and it added an extra 60 minutes to get the car

20 minutes waiting and quite slow to pick up . Tried to up sell unnecessary insurance as I have my own cover. But they accepted that in the end
