I accidentally booked for the weekend after, instead of the weekend I needed the car for, but the Budget staff were SO helpful and managed to get me a car to use for the weekend. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

There is not much to say, but the good things first. The car we ended up with was clean and perfect for what we needed. The interactions with the service staff was very helpful and friendly. However, we had to wait more than 3 hours in line to even get keys, just to find no car waiting in the lot for us. The same happened to two other customers we were talking to. A customer representative resolved this issue quickly and gave us a different car, which unfortunately had low tire pressure (20 psi) and wasn't usable. The third car finally worked for us. Overall, we spent about 4 hours at the rental car place.

Budget added on additional charges that were not explained and far exceeded those suggested by QEEQ. I had no idea they were coming as the process was not explained to me it was simply deducted at the end and did not resemble any charge suggested by QEEQ. Budget seems to have no way for me to rectify this short of phoning and sitting on the phone for hours, they have no email contact details. I am thoroughly dissuaded from renting from them again.

I am very unhappy that the suggested charges from yourselves are not what I was charged by the company. It means that the price quoted was incorrect and as such I see no point in using you again

Good car, no insurance up-sell. Quick and easy.

Car was supposed to be 100% smoke free and had a terrible marijuana smell we couldn’t get rid of and they didn’t have similar cars so we couldn’t switch it

Budget staff must be on some sort of bonus to up sell the "pay for your gas now" and "sun pass" options, the tuts and looks of disbelief, including rolling eyes, and shaking head, at the fact I did not want to pay for these was really over the top... The car turned out to be marked all over and the seats stained inside, the guy at the booth just shrugged his shoulders. Seems like the price of car hire has shot up but the standards have really dropped.

The Car was very good for our needs and was faultless.... Collection was appalling, was waited about 90 minutes which was not great, a number of customers didn't wait and took cars from other rental companies and demanded refunds the Budget Line was excessive even if they had "staffing Problems" they knew how many cars were due out at that time and should of been prepared - Customers are sick of the "Covid" excuse and that's what it is an excuse

Pick up staff member very unhelpful and difficult to understand her strong Hispanic accent. Was not at all understanding when we asked her to repeat and explain the toll procedures!

It's okay, but the car lacks a radar.

The car was was brilliant. The sat nav helped immensely getting around Orlando, it even had the BudgerbCar rental drop off in its database.

I will certainly use QEEQ.com again. Great prices, very efficient app. Not sure I understood the deals, but happy with my price for the week.

Overall alright, but the waiting time was way too long.

No magic but happy with what I paid

The car was not very clean, had a cracked windscreen which we didn’t notice until the following morning. It also had no parcel shelf. When you collect a car at Orlando you do so in poorly light multi story car park. The car had done 44000 miles and wasn’t pleasant to drive. We have hired lots of cars in the USA from ALAMO, DOLLAR, AVIS & HERTZ and that was the worst.

QEEQ was the cheapest platform and very easy to navigate.
