The pickup location was hard to find, and the address provided was not detailed enough. Since there were no small cars available, they gave us a bigger car and asked us to come back on Monday for a replacement, which was inconvenient. However, we eventually got a Mustang, which was a new experience.

The car wasn't that clean. The wipers were dry and did not wipe the window as they should, it's winter time and it should have checked before hand me the car, in addition, the wiper fluid tank was empty. When went back to Budget for the wipers, they wanted to change my car to a huge pickup truck!! Pickup truck is not the car you want in Manhattan, New York... When I refused to take the pickup truck, they told me I can buy and change the wipers by myself and keep to receipt and I'll get the money back when returning the car. So I wasted 3 hours of my vacation time and got new wipers and wiper fluid, kept the receipt but when returned my car, Budget refused to give me the 7 dollars back (wiper blade + fluid from Walmart). It's not about the money - it's about the disrespect you have for customers, I am very disappointed - Will NEVER rent anything again from Budget!

The SUV had some minor scratches all over but it was great on gas mileage and clean inside.

I had initially reserved a van which I thought would come as a panel van without the bunch of passenger seats. However that wasn't the case, so the rep at the counter upgraded me to a F150 pickup as an alternative which was greatly appreciated.

Many Chinese customers are not proficient in English, and the company intentionally adds insurance and other fees to the contract to deceive customers.

Rented a car for a day to go to the airport, and was charged $25 for insurance without being informed (deposit taken when picking up the car and directly charged when returning). Since this didn’t happen the last time I rented, I didn't notice. $25 a day is quite expensive for insurance! Be aware of this mistake. Contacted Zuzuche but got no resolution. The car's condition and convenience are still good.

They didn’t have the car that I had requested. So I was given a bigger car which was good. Drawback was that the bigger car didn’t have Apple Car play that I used for navigation. But no complaints.

Easy process. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but not so bad that I would hesitate to use them again. The vehicle I received was a lot bigger than the one I had requested, which made a difference in gas mileage and expenses, but the larger vehicle was the same price.

An elderly lady at the counter was great; she upgraded us to an SUV, a Ford Escape, for free. Both pickup and drop-off were easy and convenient.

Service was awesome. Car rental place was really far from airport since they moved to the new side of the airport. Was a long bus ride to get to the rental counter.
