BUDGET CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN UNITED STATES

Only the long queue to pick the car up at Tampa airport. Don't really need this after a long flight!

I arrived at the store at the agreed time and was informed that the reserved model was unavailable. I needed to wait one to two hours for the car to be delivered. I had only booked the car for one day, from 10:00 AM, and waiting two hours would waste the entire day. After negotiating with the store and coordinating with the rental platform, I was eventually given a Mazda SUV. I finally got the car at 11:00 AM. Really unreliable!

We booked the car at a certain price, then when we returned the car we were charged 100 Dollars more. I know the gas is deducted which is around 30 Dollars so, 70 extra dollars were charged for no obvious reason which doesn't encourage me to use Budget car again in the future

The car was nice, waiting line at pick was over 2 hours, employee at the desk tried to sell us extra insurance which we already bought from a third party. When we returned the car, we were charged 100 Dollars extra than what we signed up for. I know about 30 Dollars go for the refilling the gas tank but there is still extra 70 Dollars which are not stated any where what are they for. I am not sure that this lack of transparency on the Budget side, would encourage us to be clients in future.

There ware some issues, car was not very clean.

I had a delay in fly I was not sure if I will be able to pick-up at arranged time. Contacted easyrentcars, and they solved an issue in very coordinated and fast. That was impressive work!

The counter staffs were very nice and advanced our car to a Camaro convertible after we reflected the slight defects of the original rented car. We were surprised and satisfied with Budget's services.

Easyrentcars is a user-friendly rental car platform which provides multiple-choice.

The service from the car rental platform itself is very good, but the service from Budget is particularly bad. They have few staff and the airport shuttle is infrequent. The attendant, a middle-aged Chinese lady, was extremely rude and only focused on upselling insurance and other paid services. She became very unfriendly when I refused.

No era el auto rentado, aun así pudimos salir adelante. Pero se recomienda que cuando uno renta uno, aunque pongan un auto (marca) o similares, se asemejen más.

Rented a car for a day to go to the airport, and was charged $25 for insurance without being informed (deposit taken when picking up the car and directly charged when returning). Since this didn’t happen the last time I rented, I didn't notice. $25 a day is quite expensive for insurance! Be aware of this mistake. Contacted Zuzuche but got no resolution. The car's condition and convenience are still good.

Car mats was missing. Could be more clean. Lady at pick-up station did not have any ID or logos. It was strange to give a car key to unknown person.

There were two unexpected situations: 1. I chose Full to Full fuel option, but the staff asked me to switch to another fuel option which is to return empty, for a higher fee. I don't understand this kind of business practice, and hope this will stop. 2. I booked a Toyota Prius, but I got Ford Fusion hybrid, but I was happy with the change.

I was expecting a newer car for that price.

2 points. 1. Counter staff should be clearer that full insurance is USD$45/day. I had the impression that it was USD$45 per the period of rent (2 days) so I went ahead with the full insurance. 2. Though the drop off point indicated as in terminal. It's not true. After dropping off, we need to take air-train to the terminal which was quite inconvenient for us as we have 3 large luggages and 2 small luggages. The reason why i went ahead with budget as i thought the returning point is within the terminal and it will be much easier for us.

Picking up the car at San Francisco Airport was very convenient. We initially booked a Ford Transit, but Budget staff informed us that the rear seats couldn't be folded down to store luggage. So we switched to a seven-seater where one seatback can be folded down, and there was just enough space for our luggage. They mentioned that QEEQ provided a discount so there was no extra charge.
