When I want to travel and I need to book a car directly my mind reminded me that only Easyrentcars can make my happy to get a good deal

Unfortunately, we had a rather terrible experience. We got a nail in our tire, and for three girls we were stranded on the side of the road. We called the 24 hour road assistance, as we had bought the extra insurance. They said they were coming, but no one turned up. Eventually after 6 hours of no one coming, we called a friend who picked us up, and let us stay with them for the night. in the morning, i called again and the issue was sorted. it was a frightening experience, and I am only glad it wasn't dark when this happened. We also lost a complete day in Taohe, and our money on the hotel.

Great rental company And service. Would definitely rent again with them.

The car suited us perfectly for our two hour drive to Philly, and it was presented to us in a very clean condition.

The process was very easy and the counter was busy so budget must be a good company! Abis and dollar were super slow and some of us wished they would have been able to help us. But budget helps budget only.

This is the easiest app and business to use for traveling ever! It is my go to since the past few years after finding it! Love it! Great deals, prices and even will lower your price if they find it anywhere else for cheaper or if there is a special that runs and finds it can be lower.

Very smooth pickup and drop off. The staff member who dealt with us on both collection and drop was very nice and professional.

Car was different to the car requested and budget were unhelpful when the pick up location was different to that on our booking form. Car also has oil service message come up straight away but we were told this was ok to take regardless of warning message.

the car gearbox was very noisy going through autogear change made driving a poor experience,please inform them as not really serviced properly or inspected .

I had to changed the car due to warnings turned on. I wonder why they didn’t realize it.

Budget rented us a car with 3/8 tank of gas. We ask that be noted and they did. When we returned the car had over a half tank. They charged us for refueling and the gas itself over $120. We are of course disputing that overcharge with them.

Le personnel de budget était très désagréable, du moins celle qui nous a servit. Elle voulait nous ajouter une assurance de force sachant qu’on en avait déjà une avec easy rente car. Cependant c’etait rapide, le véhicule niquel et le personnel du retour était très sympathique.

The man behind the counter was rude on pick up of vehicle and even ruder on return. He questioned the cleanliness of the vehicle on return despite it being unclean on pick up. He had no people skills and his non-verbal communication was negative. If hes not happy in the job then perhaps it's not for him or he should seek supervision from his manager.

The car rental cost was excellent and cdr was superb. What spoilt the experience was the customer service when picking up and dropping off. The staff where rude,on both occasions. We left a pair of expensive headphones in car and phoned the office and asked them to check. They said that they checked but we went back to office on way to airport and found the headphones in back of car where we asked the employee to look. Very poor customer service from a rude man.

Push us upgrade and pay more for 4wd or sports car. Didn’t explain safety deposit.

Easy to work with. Vehicle maintenance light was illuminated upon pick up, and it was very easy to switch vehicles.

La voiture était très pratique, fiable, économique en essence. Mais le coffre était trop petit pour même 2 valises. Il y avait d'autres voitures avec un coffre plus large, mais malgré ma demande l'employé n'a pas voulu faire l'effort d' honorer ma demande.

Upgraded from Jetta VW to Chrysler 300, with additional USD15 per day. Like the service provided by Carlo upon check in and he recommended an upgrade which I agreed. The car was an pleasure to drive. Unfortunately, left my sunglasses and phone holder when returning the car at SFO rental car park.

There was an issue at pick up. Budget wouldn't honor the size/class car that I reserved, which was a "Full Size" Chevrolet Impala or similar car. The desk clerk said that Budget doesn't honor third party reservations. He said we'd be getting a VW Jetta, not the full size car I reserved. It was late, we were tired due to a delayed flight, I didn't want to argue with the desk person and we needed the full size car, so I paid the additional $7/day to get the full size car. When we returned the car to Budget 10 days later, the same desk clerk was there. He told me he had made a mistake and tried to fix the cost but couldn't completely get it right. He gave us a $25 "Budget Voucher" but it's only good for 2 months, which is useless seeing we don't have a need for a rental within that period. I guess he did the best he could.

Service was decent, no pressure to buy insurance.
