BUDGET CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN UNITED STATES

The wait time to pick up a vehicle in San Jose was awful. When dropping off vehicle, the directions are way too confusing.

Car was new, comfortable and fun to drive. KIA Soul.

Booking was seamless.

Horrible experience. I showed up 30 min late and they charged me two and a half times the original rate.

Car was in a very poor confition - multiple dents, scrapes etc.

The car was great for our needs; spacious, easy and comfortable to drive and to manoeuvre.

The price was very good value for money.

They don’t have the truck.They give me a mini van instead. Not very happy. The car was bumped and have noise when I driving or turning.

Initially the car provided had issues with tyres then car was changed after couple of days which wasted some of my time. It took more than 15 minutes to speak with some on call center as all options had machine talking. Other than that everything else was smooth!

Customer service was poor when picking up the car. The booked model was unavailable, and I had to wait for an hour and a half without resolution. They even asked for extra money to switch to another model. However, the service was better when I actually got the car changed.

Free upgrade due to the time taken to check out. Dealt with two staff / first was poor and abrupt - the second was a polar opposite!

Price drop worked well and saved an additional £30

When we picked up the car on the 14th of August from Los Angeles Airport, the counter staff member called Bruce was absolutely terrible. It was probably one of the poorest customer services I have experienced in my life. He was rude, bullying and even tried to sell us extra insurance even though we had bought the full insurance package covering everything there is. He was mocking us and had an attitude as if he was supreme. I don't understand how can you have a person like that on the job. Never using Budget again for renting a car, if that is what the company wants to represent. I would appreciate if you would forward this feedback to his manager.

The expected car was a Ford Transit 12p. The available car was a Chevrolet Express 12p that has a much higher fuel consumption.

Overall very good. However, on day three I ckecked the oil and found it 2 quarts down - on a car that had only done 13000 miles. Obviously the oil level hadn't been checked by Budget before renting it this time. Personnelat Budget office i n Bend were very god

My car got door lock after a day.

The car was not as clean as rentals from other agencies I've had in the past. Pickup time was a bit long as there were other people picking up at the same time. Fortunately drop-off was faster. Although not as clean, the car was in good condition.

I reserved Medium SUV but they upgrade me luxury. Ford Fusion with navigation helped me too much Thanks
