The service was excellent. But the vehicle had tires all wear out

Car was good the only issue I had was there was a strong smell of smoke every time i got into the car. It seems like the previous renters smoked alot in the car. Other than that everything else was excellent.

Nothing special. The service was average, but the return location is hard to find.

Everything was very good, however it was not clear that the rental would be proceeded through Advantage Rent a Car. It threw me off a little bit, because I kept looking for the Europcar sign, which made me think I needed a shuttle. I had to call to EasyRentCars central until the misunderstanding was undone.

The most unsatisfactory car rental experience. Europcar and Advantage operate jointly, so I recommend not renting from either! They over-pushed sales. When picking up the car, they asked where we were going. After telling them, they said every route has high tolls, some even costing $40, and they pushed an $11 toll package. We thought the $11 covered all, but it turned out to be $11 per day! Also, the RAV4 we booked wasn't available, so they gave us a mini SUV. Our luggage couldn't fit, although it would’ve fit in a RAV4. We were forced to upgrade for $220. Why should we pay for the upgrade when it's their lack of cars? We didn't voluntarily upgrade! The previous rental with Alamo through Zuzuche didn't incur any additional charges after pre-authorization, but this time there were all kinds of taxes and fees on site! The critical moment was reaching Zuzuche's 24-hour hotline, which was always unavailable. There were many people in line to pick up cars, so we had no choice but to accept. I'll never rent from this platform again. Very disappointed with Zuzuche too.

Convenient and quick

Car was in terrible condition. There were cigarette burns and stains on the seats. You could tell the car was previously in an accident because of all the scrapes, missing paint, and the car panels kept popping out. They also tried making me pay for the car again even though it was prepaid. This was this biggest waste of time. Then I had to call to sort it out and they are located in Europe and it was difficult to communicate with them. Scammers!

Steven the front desk agent was great and super helpful. The car was great and priced really well.

The wait to pick up the car was really long, even though it was scheduled for the agreed time, they did not adhere to it.

The car was fine, except the brakes needed to be serviced. They squealed & caught at low speeds. The driver’s side window was sluggish & the gasket came out of the track. Other aspects of the car were fine.

The sign for Europcar could have been bigger and displayed on the wall as the other are. As it is, it is only a small countertop sign which is hard to see and located at a different desk.

The coralla was perfect for my needs. Good mileage and fine ride. Car was a little dinged and scuffed but that was ok. I didn't know that EZ rentals was giving us the car for Europcar so it took a little longer to find you but return was super easy.

Not easy finding the counter because it was not Europcar but Advantage. Quite confusing overall

Europcar is a small rental company with limited vehicles and unreasonable charges. They ignored multiple attempts to resolve issues during the rental period!

Provided by local Advantage service, the car rental and return process was smooth and simple. No upselling. Great value for money.
