The Europcar counter is located inside the Advantage store, but there was no staff present for a long time. Many people waited for quite some time only to find out that Europcar and Advantage process rentals together. It took over an hour to get served.
Waited in line for an hour, charged unfair fees, insisted on not needing roadside assistance but was still charged, and the order included taxes, yet was charged again on site. Very bad experience.
The main issue is poor communication between the Zuzuche platform and the rental company. Due to language barriers, the customer ended up buying insurance twice, which is unsatisfactory.
The service was quite good. There were a lot of people when I went, I waited in line for about 25 minutes. The car model I reserved was unavailable, but they upgraded me to a larger size for free, although I prefer smaller cars.
Because of the inefficiency of Europcar's agent Advantage at Orlando Airport and their mishandling of the order, I couldn't pick up the car, yet I was still charged. The case is still under after-sales processing with no definite answer.
There was only one person serving, and the counter was shared between two companies. The staff spoke heavily accented English, which was really hard to understand. They tried to add several extra charges, and when I was considering whether to take them or not, the staff became impatient and urged me to decide. This severely affected my first-time rental experience. Comparing this with the companies I chose later, E-Z definitely gets a bad review!

Like: All staff I interacted with were affable and generous. I felt well informed and well taken care of. What I appreciated was understanding why things were taking so long: the staff focussed on the customer care and went into detail when answering questions and helping customers make the right choices. I was happy with the way that Geneva handled my query; I felt like I was the only customer in the room -- unrushed and highly valued. Dislike: I had not anticipated close to 1.5 hours from queue to driving off with the car. If I had known this, I would have built this into my schedule and my 7 year old daughter was tired from flying and very fed up. Moreover it had a knock on-effect on my next appointment to collect a key from the air bnb accommodation contact, so I had a lot of apologising to do.
