Check out a little chaotic - ended up taking a different vehicle and took ages. They charged me for a top up that wasn't required (as the vehicle was only half full on collection) but refunded relatively easily. Good price, vehicle as it needed to be.

A lot of dents on car but it didn’t matter as I took the hertz super cover

Waited in line for at least an hour, when we got the car we had paid for it wasn’t the cleanest inside and when my partner opened the passenger car door the handle fell of even though it was reported in the damage report we got the car should never had been given out

The car model was clearly not as advertised! Very disappointing!

Van provided was smaller than expected but it was sufficient and excellent condition.

Drop off location at Inverness is difficult to find. Not enough signs or instructions to get there.

Good service but was told a small fee for additional driver,turned out to be 75% of car hire again

Hertz has always provided an upgraded car which is why my 1st preference is always Hertz while renting a car.

Had an upgrade which was appreciated as my car had broken down and daughter getting married that day. Faff around as car not full and had to get original guy to confirm on return this was case

I was upgraded, due to them needing more small cars which was ideal for me.

The actual car provided was different from the one in the order. I booked an Audi, but got a Skoda.

The car rental and return process was very convenient, and communication was smooth even with limited English.

Not satisfied. They started selling theft insurance, but even after refusal, the attitude remained friendly! The dissatisfaction lies in the fact that I booked an Audi A4 wagon (to fit more luggage), but was given a Mercedes C220 sedan! The luggage couldn't fit! They even said it was an upgrade!!! After negotiation, they provided a Skoda wagon, claiming it was two levels higher than the original car and required a significant extra charge! We were in a hurry and couldn't be bothered to argue, so we didn’t agree to the higher-priced car. One piece of luggage stayed in the back seat for almost twenty days!!!!!!

would have been nice to get a car manual in the car as various alarms and warnings needed to be .not the distraction needed in a strange car on strange roads

I was not given the vehicle I booked. I was charged £50 extra per day. The staff told me that 3 seater vehicle is not there for the class of vehicle booked, but the booking was for 3 seater.

When there were no 3 seater for the class of vehicle I booked, how did the system accepted the bookings?

Simple and easy

a member of the Hertz team was waiting for me at the airport to take me to my vehicle which was clean and well presented. No complaints

Unbelievable value doubted the service if I m honest but didn't have to pay anymore than what was offered on booking. Will be using them again next week.

The staff in the UK were very polite, and the return process was quick as well.
