Everything went good. They gave me a bigger car than I booked. Ok the pick up, little less the drop off: the office is not 24h open, so I had to leave the keys into a drawer outside the office
The original car model was not provided, and the replacement was a smaller SUV. The salesperson deceitfully added super cover to the contract, despite my repeated insistence that I would not purchase the additional insurance.
The hard sell on extra insurances wasnt appreciated and their £1000 fee per incident was damn right illegal. The car collection point was in a different location to the office and there was no one around to discuss the condition of the car before we drove it out of the lot. Other than that we were very happy with the car.
When I try to pick-up the car, they required insurance even I paid for super cover insurance. I have used this application several times, and I always using super cover. But they said I paid for other company. I can not understand this situation. So I had no choice and went trip without insurance. It was very terrible experience.
Terrible service on the way in. It took 2 hours to get the car as they seemed to have been surprised by the number of clients around a bank holiday. Not all the desks were in operation and their processes and systems seemed broken. We have done similar check ins in less than 5 mins before and generally in the 5-15mins range.
I often use Hertz and find them good. The branch is nice and friendly--occasionally I get 'upgraded' to a car that's too big, but this was the one I asked for. Particularly impressed that they refunded me for returning the car full when I received it 7/8 full.

I am impressed with Easyrentcars--especially the price drop feature, which made this a very cheap trip indeed. Not invariably the cheapest, headline price, but I would always get a quote from them. Will be interested to see what their Christmas prtices are like.

A car when i arrived, this booking was made Six months
beforehand so it should have been there.
the tank was not full, it was £7 short of petrol, car was dirty esp windscreen, screen wash ran out very quickly so had to drive with limited vision and electric windows stopped working for half an hour so had to drive with drivers wndow fully open on a mototrway. told staff upon return and they didnt seem too bthered, no offer to recompense the lack of petrol, not impressive.

Due to a flight change (out my control), I arrived 5 hours earlier than expected.
Although, I have a 7 month old baby, the initial view of check-in desk staff was for us to wait a total of 5 hours before we were able to pick-up the car (unless I was willing to pay for an upgrade). Only after speaking to the manager, who clearly understood that you can't have a 7 month-old baby waiting for 5 hours, we were offered a small SUV that was immediately ready.
Somehow this car was ready, while originally it wasn't available. This was appealing and this made the whole experience pretty bad.

The booking platform was good, but as flights change, I would suggest a functionality that allows you to change the time of the booking easier without affecting the price (if the time is within a certain period)

The pick up staff fromLuton Airport branch is friendly, informative and helpful! The staff from dropoff branch -Victoria Stations was effective. Direction and information was cleared to return and park the car.

They were busy. I was on a tight timescale. Once I got seen they were brilliant, helpful and really nice. Bigger car than I was expecting. There was a small pile of rubbish still in the car from the otherwise impeccable car.
