Good service and info given

I rented a medium size car but as there werent any available we got a 6 seats van for 2 people and i couldnt change it for another car. Too big for us!

The shuttle bus waiting time back to Airport was a bit long, counter waiting time was long as well as only two ladies in-charging the counter for all booking, pick up, return, phone call etc. stuffs

Subsequent attempt to hire a car in cairns unsuccessful I booked got a number but subsequent e-mails wanted more information I didn’t check my email until I got to Cairns & found out booking cancelled

Lack of duty of car - was told to drive through flood waters to return the car. When asked to speak to manager about this occurence not available, and said I would be contacted the following day. Still 5 days later not contacted.

The car was not cleaned. There was quite some rubbish (for example old food) in the middle compartment.

I was really impressed with friendly and professional staff members in ACE Rental Cars office at Perth Airport. Special thank you to Karen! She explained everything very clearly and made me feel really comfortable driving away with the hired car.

Easy to book, no hidden surprises.

Worst service anyone could ever experience. I waited with my family outside the terminal in the brown bus shelter for over an hour and half but no one turned up to pick us so eventually we had to call a family to pick us up because all the other rental car company’s were fully booked so couldn’t get the car from anyone else either. It was cold and my kids were freezing in the cold while we waited for Ace rental car shuttle

We originally booked a Nissan Qashqai, but upon arrival, they said there were no cars available and we had to pay extra for an upgrade to a Renault. We had no choice due to time constraints.

Car was ready for us, and was an upgrade to what was booked. Pick up and drop off was very efficient, with minimal wait for the shuttle. Value for money was very good.

Very simple booking platform, that made it easy to.get the best value.

They upgraded us for free but instead we got a car that hadn't been valeted which I'd agreed on, but I wouldn't again from any hot country, as seats get sweated into and smell. But all staff were friendly and wanted to do the best for us.
