The Ezi counter is located inside the Christchurch airport's arrival hall, and the car is parked in a rental car lot less than a 5-minute walk away. You pick up the keys and inspect the car yourself, as there are no staff present at the pick-up site, which is slightly inconvenient. There is a Chinese-speaking staff member at the counter who is diligent but rather cold and expressionless throughout the process.
The customer service was very good, with no waiting time. However, the car's condition was poor. The front right tire was deflated. I wanted to inflate it, but the inflating valve was fixed, making it impossible to inflate the tire, which increased the risk. Such cars should not be rented out.
The service attitude of the store staff is mediocre, and there is no Chinese service. I remember the order mentioned Chinese service, but the staff were Indian with heavy accents.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We booked a Corolla hatchback, and the staff offered to upgrade us to a sedan for free. However, since it was just my wife and me, the space was sufficient and we preferred the hatchback, so we politely declined the offer.

The rental process was very smooth, and the car was in good condition, although the exterior was a bit dusty. The interior was quite clean. Returning the car at Queenstown Airport was easy; just hand the keys to the staff. The staff member who helped me was a middle-aged woman, and she was very nice.

The car was very clean, and they had already put a 'Drive on the Left' label for us. Also, because the Qashqai we reserved was unavailable, they upgraded us to a RAV-4 automatically.
