Nice clean and comfortable car. Pleasant, competent staff. Great location. Just wish it had been available for the duration of my trip instead of a week.

Their attitude was pretty good; they were polite and didn't push insurance sales. However, their service was lacking. I rented a Mitsubishi Pajero SUV, but they gave me a Ford pickup. Firstly, this car is available in our country and is half the price of a Pajero. The vehicle was very rough, just a work tool, with no floor mats in the trunk, only bare metal. You can imagine it like a dump truck. Our luggage suffered a lot of wear and tear, with the back of the suitcase getting badly damaged. The trunk was too large, and the back seats were too small, making it uncomfortable for passengers. The luggage slid around in the trunk and was out of reach unless you climbed inside. The diesel engine was also very noisy, making a loud rumbling noise while driving.

Great price and easy access to the vehicle. Bond is a bit steep if you don’t purchase insurance but overall very happy with the experience

I took diamond membership for car rental and the deals, $1 freeze are very useful and the prices I have paid seem competitive so far. What seems less useful is the booking.com extra 7% which is rarely available, the price drop protector which on my 4 rentals kicks in at 5% but the price has never dropped by more than 4%, and all the coupons which aren't applicable

I found Qeeq through Kayak.com. The process was very good and Qeeq delivered a great service with a lower quote than others.

Car was certainly used; many dents, scrathes, and star chip on the windscreen. Stereo speakers were lousy. There was a very loud rattle from the forward end of the vehichle. All noted at end of trip and they said they would report them to mechanic. Car ran fine and did the job comfortably.

Due to my flight, I arrived at the pickup location after 11 PM. The staff waited for me, and they only finished work after I received the car. I am very grateful.

No problem. Car had 333,000 kms which i thought was excessive, turns out i maybe need to keep my own cars longer!

Only issue was changing the time of pickup. Wanted to change it to earlier and not able to do it on the web site. Staff accompanied us at pickup.

Credit Card blocked up with excessive insurance excess hold. Told it will take unto ten day for the block to be removed

The store provided us with a car whose right front tire's safety line was completely worn out. Such tire conditions would lead to a blowout within two or three days. The next day, the tire did blow out, and luckily it happened when we were starting from a stationary position! If it had blown out while driving at 100 km/h, the consequences would have been unimaginable. This rental company is truly irresponsible. Is it safe to assume they only replace tires when they blow out?

The gentleman who handled our registration was very nice and enthusiastic. He clearly explained New Zealand's traffic regulations.
