The staff at the rental company were very polite and proactively explained various important matters. The vehicle had high mileage, and there were occasional unexplained alerts from the car's computer. It would be better if the car condition is checked in advance by the rental company.

Easy to use, great staff to deal with. They picked us up from the airport in the car we were going to be using which made it so easy as we didn't have to change our luggage to another car. Communication was great, with photos and any other information I needed emailed straight away after receiving the car. Bond returned within 48hrs

This is a very reputable rental car company. We added an additional driver when picking up the car, and the company charged an extra 18 NZD, which is normal.
