Very satisfied with the service; the staff were very patient and explained everything well. Although the car was a bit old, it still performed quite well overall.
The service was okay. The store name wasn't mentioned in the order, making it hard to find. The store name is Budget. After knowing it, it was easy to locate.
The car was a bit old and poorly maintained. The car key was dead when I picked up the car, but the car was in motion when I got it. I didn't realize it until I stopped after an hour's drive, so I had to use the mechanical key for the next 10 days. On the third day, there was a tire pressure warning. I nervously found the nearest Budget store in a town nearby, but they said they wouldn't take care of a car not rented from them. I had to go to a repair shop myself, and fortunately, it just needed air and not a tire repair. The mechanic said the tire hadn't been inflated for a long time. The vehicle maintenance was terrible.
The attitude, service speed, and patience of some rental company staff towards Asian or Chinese customers are questionable! There are significant differences compared to how they treat Western customers in similar situations!
“Western Australia North Route: Perth-Jurien Bay-Geraldton-Pink Lake-Kalbarri”
About Budget:8.0/10
The waiting time in line was not long, but they only gave us the key when handing over the car, without any introduction or explanation about the vehicle. We had to figure it out ourselves later.
When I went to pick up the car in the morning, I was greeted by a tall, dark-haired gentleman at the front desk on the left. Because I don't speak English, I had to use a translation device to communicate. He was very patient and even came out to the street to help me check the issues I mentioned. I'm very grateful for his help. When returning the car and handing over the keys at the front desk, a shorter gentleman asked if I had found their parking spot, noting that it could be hard to find. He was very warm and polite, and I appreciate their help!
