BUDGET CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN UNITED STATES

Terrible service. I was told I was getting a cheaper rate but didn't. Also took about an hour to get my reservation. Completely unacceptable.

They gave me first car that needs alignment it was turning left all the time then they changed it to not starting car then the third car it was dirty. While I was traveling the window had cracked and the oil engine light went off so I had to find a location that open. I went to a store it says open in google maps but it was not. So, I went to Phx airport to change it . For the forth time. The guy worked their told me to not fill the gas . So when I was done I returned it with half tank they went to charge me $10 per gallon but I told them it’s on the system it’s for free. They checked the system with in 5 minutes they realized that.

You have to be sure the cars are working in good condition and if they have any problem they must to extend the time or do an upgrade for free .

The platform charges included insurance, but there were many extra charges at the location, including an out-of-state return fee and other seemingly unnecessary fees.

Simple formalities, no hard sell on various insurances.

小さい車を予約していましたが、空きがないということで無償でアップグレードしていただきました。予約のバウチャーを持参しましたが、住所の記載を求められました。時間的なものか、待ち時間はほとんどなく、手続きは借り出しも返却もスムーズ。

複数のレンタカー会社から選べるので便利。LDWもついていて良い

I had to wait in line for an hour, which was a bit long. Also, the car rental company in Los Angeles was very sneaky. Despite me saying I didn't want any additional services, they added an extra charge, which I didn't notice until I drove off. The next day, I called the rental company's customer service to have them contact the LA branch to cancel it, but they said it couldn't be done. Eventually, I called Budget customer service myself and got it canceled.

The car was not clean enough. An icecream on the driver door and sticky solution in armrest box.

I took us about 1.30 hr to get a car but it might be pretty crazy on that day(other brands did have similar experience)

The line of cutomers us very very long and there isn't number of emolyees to serve this long line of customers.

Everything is perfect except the copy of invoice that I have to upload it after finishing my trip in order to proof got the car.
