OK MOBILITY CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN SPAIN

I really don't understand. Rent for nine days was only 3300 RMB, but they charged me 93 Euros for being one and a half hours late. How is this calculated?! If they charged 366 RMB (47-50 Euros), I could understand, but why 93 Euros? Are they robbing me?

The confirmation email stated unlimited miles, at the desk I was told there is limit on the distance I can drive before they start charging for each extra km.

The car was great to drive. It was very clean and only one very tiny scratch. It has good acceleration and was good for use of petrol. It was cheaper to fill up than my last hire car

The insurance terms from the rental company were not clearly stated in the contract; I had to ask for them myself. The car pickup was self-service, with no one inspecting the vehicle or explaining how to use it. I had to figure everything out on my own during the trip.

Excellent service from start to finish. Car was superb, better then I had expected and big enough for four adults. Took 3 large suitcases comfortably. Car make - Link&co O1. Never heard of it but was fantastic. Had the insurance certificate so no sell of additional car insurance

Wasn’t sure about this company at first but can honestly rate them first class. Price was amazingly cheap in comparison.

Easy to find inside the airport

The staff was not professional and unfamiliar with their tasks. What kind of logic is it to let the customer decide how to resolve issues? Is this how they are trained? They asked if I wanted an upgrade when I couldn't find the pickup location in a foreign country and couldn't reach them by phone. Customer service said communication could only be done through email. If I were the boss, I would have fired such an employee!

The customer service staff were all very enthusiastic and patiently answered all the questions.

Upgraded for a little extra

I will never use this rental company again. They refused to refund when I didn't pick up the car. This third-party company has unfair policies. There's no need to use this service; it's more convenient and cheaper to rent directly at the airport. Terrible app.

All good I wanted to add a driver for 5 days in the middle of my 3 week hire. They would not let me do this it had to be until the end of the hire.

I purchased basic insurance when I placed the order, but at pickup, I was told I needed to buy insurance. I informed the staff that I had already purchased insurance and showed the order, which clearly included insurance. The staff member said that the insurance I bought was from 'them' and not from the rental company 'us'. When I asked who 'they' were, I was told it wasn't the rental company, which left me speechless. They also required a 200 euros deposit for the fuel tank in case it wasn't full on return. 200 euros for fuel or liquid gold? I strongly recommend against renting from this company.

The Barcelona airport branch was not great, and they didn't provide me with a paper copy of the rental agreement. The return process at the Madrid airport branch had friendly service, but the wait time for authorization from superiors was very long. They did provide a paper contract and receipt.
