Excellent service decent car

Getting easier to find cheaper cars elsewhere

Car was smaller than expected , but that could have been me over expecting.The MG£ was underpowered though.

Car was better than expected. No issues at all

Booking was easy but the process of picking up and rude staff made me ensure I would not book with Bargain Rentals again, if the price difference is not too much I implore others to use other providers, the service was terrible - maybe because it was night and the staff were tired, the drop off staff were much more pleasant in the morning.

I didn't need it through the whole process

All were within expectations. Pickup was a fairly quick process and hassle free

Fantastic value. Very prompt pick up and efficient service with clearly outlined conditions. Car did not have cruise control which was disappointing, and made for less relaxing driving conditions.

Price drop refund was an unexpected bonus, I didn't actually believe it would happen.

Booking was very easy

I booked 'Mazda 3 or similar', and I expected an intermediate-sized car. But, I was disappointed that I got Suzuki Baleno. The odometer was very low, the inside was clean and fuel efficiency was good. But I needed more space and torque.

Nothing.

No counter at airport, need to buy a local australia sim card to call the Bargain pick up hotline and leave your number for them to send you a SMS to go to pick up location. Waited about 15min for pickup, and bus was almost full already. Also, please have at least 30min buffer after drop off for the bus to send you back to airport with the limited transfer bus and distance to airport. Other than this not-so-good pick up experience, everything else about the car is great.

The car was perfect for the time I used it

The hire car was advertised as a Honda CRV or similar. We ended up with a Holden Trax which only has about half the luggage area of a CRV. This caused a number of problems when packing our luggage into the car.

QEEQ was excellent and the price for the rental was significantly better that we found anywhere else.

Easy to pick up and drop off. Car was perfect.

Extend my rental with Bargain but had to change to another car due to unavailability. Prefer the previous one though. Staffs are always helpful as my son left his pouch in the previous car and the staff helped us to check.

It was as expected and the experience was very very good.

Outside condition of car was poor. Lots of dents, scratches and a front corner panel hanging off When we dropped car off back gate was locked as they has broken the key in the lock so could not open the padlock. We were not previously told of this and it was only that a staff member was in the yard moving a car that I got her attention and she told me that we had to return the car to the front of store.

Good pricing for the rental, however over an hour wait to get to the counter and then no car available, had to wait longer to get the car.

Easy booking, the price match worked and saved some more off the hire.
