La recogida y reserva era para las 00:00 hrs del día 4 de septiembre y me lo entregaron hasta las 2:15 am Esperamos más de 2 hrs, supuestamente nos informaton q no tenian autos disponibles. El pago de cuota de las Tolls ya lo hice en la página de Illinoistolls. Espero no me las cobren Budget o Ustedes

I have to mention Sandra. One of the most professional car rental desk staff I've encountered and I encounter a lot. She was very upbeat and friendly but with great professionalism. I got a car that was better than what I expected and the vehicle handled great. The return experience was less than purfect but that is largely did to the way Orlando airport parking is structured. Receiving staff were prompt and professional. Thank you Sandra and Budget team. 5 stars.

The car was great and incredibly fuel-efficient.

There was no service at all. Especially when we went down to the basement level 3 to pick up the car, the black female employee just parked the car there and told us to move it so we wouldn't block them. Then she got into another car and started chatting with a customer. Since we didn’t know that the trunk handle was on one side of the tail light, we had to go over to her and ask how to open it. She impatiently told us that the handle was by the tail light. Additionally, the phone at this location was always unanswered after being connected. Even when we called during their working hours with billing questions after returning the car, no one ever picked up. Overall, the service experience was extremely poor!

Staff on phone and counter when I blew a tire were very helpful and ensured a quick changeover vehicle. I have not been advised yet if Budget will claim damages from and what the insurance process will be. I think you should be notified if there is an issue or if it is all clear within 24 hours, and any held money returned, not 30 to 60 days as stated on the QEEQ booking.

Very cheap. Very easy to change a booking. Would like clearer information on process when you have damage to the vehicle that you may need to claim on the insurance. My next car hire shows as completed when I haven't even picked it up yet. This makes me nervous as I head into the airport. It should show completed once I return it. I hope it's waiting for me when I get there.

The car was quite new, and the staff were very professional, but the process was a bit slow.

I repeatedly emphasized that I did not want any additional insurance or services, but Budget still added roadside assistance and personal injury insurance. Obvious fraudulent behavior!
