Easy to use and understand
The mileage is a bit high, over 130,000 kilometers, but the car is in good condition. It's very fuel-efficient, and a full tank can go around 1000 kilometers.
Exit were amazing, the car was much better than expected. Perfect condition.

Everything was great except the pickup location had moved into the terminal but the instructions still said shuttle bus. It was a nice surprise but ideally we would have been notified.
It was a very quick and easy process picking up and dropping off the car. The car was very handy to have in our travels around Christchurch and in great condition. Staff were very helpful and friendly to deal with.
There was no one at the front desk, and calling only led to voicemail. We waited for an hour and still no one showed up. Finally, the staff were located with the help of the customer service from the rental company.
It was too slow, only one staff member, and I had to wait in line for 2 whole hours! The efficiency was really low. They gave me three cars, all of which were compact cars, not mid-size SUVs like the Pajero Sport.
