This car was much nicer than we expected. Fantastic!

QEEQ was great.

We had to call and walk to a car pick up location, but we were treated very well and the van we rented was a great price and amount of space for an adult family to travel together.

We'd have liked more clear understanding that we were booking through a third party...

The car was overall ok, had some external body defects and some tape pasted on bumpers. The child seat was not provided at the pick up by Snap even though it was booked initially in the booking. Snap then gave a child seat which was very dirty and in very bad condition.

The staff were very good made the process easy and was very helpful. Only cost $20 more to upgrade to a bigger car.

We asked for a 6 seater car. Were first given a 5 seater car and when the customer attended realised there was no way we could all get into it, plus our luggage, she arranged for us to have a Pajero that had just come in. It hadn't been cleaned, but it was spotless anyway. We still had a jam to get into the car! However, we managed and the car went well. Don't know why a 6 seater ordered, turned into a 5 seater!

Mid-sized sedan car was provided as the ‘mystery car’ on arrival. No issues with the car during the 2 week hire period. Easy process at pick up and drop off. Helpful staff and only 5-10 minutes shuttle away from the terminal.

Easy to navigate and see available options. Best price by some margin. Would use again.

Special mention for Ryan in Christchurch who was fantastic, very responsive and resolved queries related to Auckland booking despite being in Christchurch. Absolutely wonderful person to deal with.

When i called from auckland airport there was no answer, tryed 4 times than someone answer

The pick up was confusing a) because Auckland Airport is a building site and it is difficult to find your way around and b) because staff member on phone forgot that as a visitor I had no idea what he was talking about - he assumed too much. But once I located pick up site and van arrived it all worked very smoothly. Car with very high mileage operated well and was value for money. I would highly recommend if dollars are important and you don’t mind a bit of wear and tear on the car!!

The platform does what it needs to - but the purchasing of insurance is confusing. The policy is not recognised by BRC so you still have to supply a bond.

We arrived at destination early and the hertz wasn’t maned. Luckily the main office was over the road, so we picked up the car there. We got an upgrade on the car, which was lovely.
