Voiture ne correspondant pas à la catégorie réservée, sale et vieille avec des pneus lisses et de marques différentes. J'ai du changer deux fois de véhicule avant d'en avoir un de la bonne catégorie !!!

The tire was deflated and I needed to pump it 3 times then they exchanged the car for me. It caused some inconvenience for me.

They gave us a standard tesla but after a week of driving wound up not keeping the charge. We were driving quite alot from Palm Springs to Phoenix to New Mexico - Tucson and finally had to go back to PHX to exchange the car because it was too stressful having to stop literally every hour to charge the car! The budget team was absolutely excellent in providing great service. They exchanged the vehicle with a long range version which actually worked properly. Honestly tough if youre planning a long trip I would recommend a gas vehicle because its just not worth all the time you will be spending to charge the vehicle - for minimal $ savings. Its a headache

I was apprehensive about using them and was concerned I would be turned away but everything worked fantastic and got such a great deal that I will be booking another vehicle just as soon as I finish this review!

Despite informing the rental company that full insurance had been purchased through the platform, I was still charged an additional $200 for insurance. Throughout the whole process, I did not see any insurance terms or contract details provided by them. The credit card signature was taken as agreement to their terms, and the fee was non-refundable. Consider this a lesson learned and a tuition fee for everyone. Let's be more vigilant in the future.

The wait time for processing was too long; only one person was handling it!

The car provided did not match the reservation. When questioned, they said the store never had a Camry. If we wanted to change the car, we were told it would cost extra. Additionally, they charged an eToll fee of $25 per day for 3 days.

Everyone, please be careful with the Budget car rental store. I've rented cars many times, and this is the first time I've encountered hidden charges that I was unaware of, which were forcefully added. I've applied for after-sales service, and a week has passed with no resolution. Where is the efficiency?

The radio screen didn’t work, kept jumping from station to station was very irritating

There’s a customer service guy named Ted, who took care of a misunderstanding. I had with Avis regarding a no-show, and although he lost some money, he was able to get a really fair solution very professional exceeded my expectations

The staff at the Austin Downtown pick up office were extremely polite, courteous and professional. Special mention to Adolph who made the car return effortless and seemed genuinely pleased that we had a great experience. He engaged in polite conversation asked how our holiday went and what we thought of the car. A star man and a credit to Budget.
