Budget are always graet

Was a great car (except for the windscreen wipers)! They were extremely helpful in providing suggestions for alternative drop off at airport which made my travel plans much more convenient.

Had card fraud in between booking and paying and QEEQ customer service and chat was perfect to support the fix.

Pickup was a disaster. There was a huge line, and only two guys working. They took forever to check out each customer, and stopped between each customer to talk over the radios. Something was obviously wrong, but there was zero communication to the huge line of waiting customers. It was almost midnight and lots of lucky customers that hadn’t prepaid left the line and went to a different rental agency. To add salt to the wound, the Avis line, right beside us was moving three or four times faster. I won’t be using Budget again.

Vehicle wasn’t in the best condition. However, the price made up for it.

Staff, loved the vehicle and its process were all smooth and fast.

Booking was a breeze, service staff were friendly, professional and easy to deal with.

The car did have some bumps but apart from that was super.

The first vehicle had a puncture in the tire. The replacement vehicle was in good condition, but a little dirty. The usb jack for my cell phone didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone in the car.

The introduction to the rental car was extremely lacking. They didn’t confirm the booking details (there was an error with the drop off location) And they didnt mention you can’t change the drop off location for electric cars. This meant we had to drive 4 hours back from LA to Fresno, change our flights and lose a night at our hotel. This was a major issue for us and was extremely stressful. It could have been avoided if the reception did their job properly.

Staff were helpful. It was not clear that car hire was not based at the airport and the directions for the bus were not accurate so we wandered around the airport searching for a while and then had a 20 min wait for a bus. Unsure if this is a QEEQ or Budget issue.

Highly recommend Budget. Kind, easily useful service as well.

Hello, Very bad experience with Budjet Serbia! While getting the car they obligated me to pay extra charge of 30Euro for that they called extra hours open office. We got the car around 23.00 while their office is open 24/7 and nothing like this condition not appeared in our contract. After returning the car Budget send us invoice with charging additional 12Euro tax. After writing to the their service for clarification this, they explained this additional charge for returning the car without washing it! We absolutely cleaned inside the car and also the local guy got the car without any notes or claims but washing outside it’s looks like unacceptable demand! I wrote mail to their local costumer service and got very disappointed answer that all described above is like costumer duty. I was shocked from service like this from big company like Budget. I expect help from QEEQ to solve these issues and get a refund 42Euro (30+12) that knowing before renting these unexpected charges, could change my decision to book the car via QEEQ. Reservei o carro para retirada e devolução no aeroporto MCO, mas a QEEQ, unilateralmente, alterou para o aeroporto de Stanford, me causando enorme transtorno para retirar o veículo lá. Por sorte, a funcionária da locadora era extremamente educada e prestativa e alterou a devolução para MCO sem custo, mas os funcionários da QEEQ nada fizeram, apenas disseram que a QEEQ cobraria pela reserva, eu retirando ou não o veículo.

90 minutes to pick up a pre-ordered car is unacceptable.

I booked toyota camry (group D) car at 3 pm I went on time of collection, didn’t find the car i booked or similar in same class They gave me small suv car claiming that this is upgrade as my car or similar class not available I refused to take small suv and asked for a sedan, when they said this only available otherwise you can cancel the booking. I had a business trip and the car was highly needed, so i was forced to accept it
