Next time we book a car rental and pay online, I hope the process is seamless, allowing us to skip the queue entirely and quickly pick up the car without any delays.

Budget are pretty good I buy insurance etc through QEEQ which is first class, be aware that budget like to upsell Also pay by plate for toll’s on the Illinois web site, it doesn’t always work and budget will take payment from your card but it’s not that expensive if they do Remember to take photographs of mileage and fuel level on collection and drop off !!

QEEQ are the way to go when renting a vehicle I highly recommend this company Hassle free and easy

車の状態はとても良かったです。 韓国　キア自動車の　スポーテージというsuv でした。安全、運転支援システムも装備されており もともと予約していた車よりも荷室や 後席の足元が広く使いやすかったと思います。

クレジットカード会社からロックがかかっていて 請求に対応できないという連絡が入りました。 英語表記のメールでしたし、不安でしたが LINEのサポートで相談すると日本語で対応や 返事がありました。返事がものすごく早くて 支払いや予約が間違いなく成立していることを証明 してくれて助かりました。ロイさんという方でした。

It took more than 2 hours for my car to be ready. No notification beforehand that I would have a delay. When I tried to adjust the pick-up/drop-off time, the responsibility was put back on me to amend and reverse the additional charge.

Just they take a deposit and not yet refund

When I arrived they tried to put my into a mini van claiming that was the only vehicle they had. After reading similar reviews I told them that the van was not acceptable, that I had paid for a SUV and that was the vehicle I wanted. Miraculous that they were able to find a SUV parked next to the other 11 SUVs on their lot!

The car was fine however we needed to wait for over 2 hours to pick up the car - this is shocking amount of time wasted especially with the 8 months old baby. The waiting time was probably the worse thing about the whole experience. Everything else was very good.

Straight forward and easy to understand process. What's app reminders are a nice touch.

The car met and exceeded all expectations....despite the issue with the tires . We were satisfied with what was booked for us

The car was not correct! I booked and paid for a foord explorer 7 seater or similar but only got a Jeep 6 seater. Not the same and I paid extra for 7 seater! I went back to ask the budget cars rep and he said it was a 7 seater. But it was not and they would not check it over and said there was no more cars. We had to then pay for uber trips for the 7th passenger! This is no acceptable when I booked well in advance a 7 seater for 7 passengers.

So far since raising the complaint they have been co-operative and willing to raise the claim against the supplier budget cars. Including compensation for the costs incurred for it being incorrect vehcile. But this is only over email communication, I am waiting to see how this claim materialises.

great service! car was fully charged, I drove only to downtown and back and returned the car with 74% of batery which was completely for free! you can use 30% out of 100 for free and wil not pay if % at return is more than 70

The staff was very helpful on both sides. No issues with the process. Nice hybrid car. It made for an easy trip.

Easy to book and find everything. I was prepared with the documents needed for an international rental. I thought the price was a little high, but it was on par or lower than other places.

The queue at Budget was long and the customer service agent gave me the wrong information on e-toll charges. I asked him whether it was possible to pay cash at the tolls and did not get an answer. He just told me each time I passed through a toll I would get charged USD 9 plus twice the toll charge which I later found was the wrong information. Then they gave me a car which was not there. The parking spot we were told to go to to get the car was empty. We were then offered a truck which I refused. Finally, a car was just brought back and we were offered that car. The petrol gauge was not full. The needle was below F, but the budget agent kept insisting it was full. Finally, she agreed we could return the car with the petrol tank 7 eighths full. We then tried to get out of the budget car park but were refused by the staff making the exit as the car allocated in the system was not the car I was given. Do I had to drive back to the admin office to sort this out. I was not impressed with Budget.

The booking platform was great.

The didn’t provide the car I booked (received seat aroma) The storage space of the car given was smaller then the car selected during booking. They weren’t able to provide the booked model and/or change the cargo had to work with what we got. Also due to limited staff check out process took very long
