Thier car very clean but insurnace is expansive

We could not process the €1,100 deposit on any of our credit cards- so forced to buy the €300 premium insurance. After car hire finished we were sent a bill for €106 for cleaning fee and let delivery.... this was NOT communicated to us before we took the car hire. So for a $200 car hire we have now payed in total $800 !!!! This is ridiculous. And something we simply cannot afford. We will be contacting our credit card company to dispute the final charge. And very disappointed with this experience. Alan and elizabeth peacock

The lady at the counter of basel MLH Airport was super rude and did not have the car inspire I waited one hour .

Amazing price

Long wait to collect car. I booked out of hours as said office was shut but was open but still had to pay a extra €40 to cover out of hours.

Easy to book and the auto rebooking feature saved me some money too. Booked agin for next family trip.

Very poor service regarding the coverage against damage. They asked for polis report for any damage even smal scratches.

Great convenient location so close to the airport, smooth drop off and fly.

El coche estaba en pésimas condiciones, todo golpeado, el parachoques delantero a punto de caer, neumáticos delanteros gastados.

Staff in office was rude. Goldcar took an extra £100 on pickup and only refunded £70. On drop off with no explanation of why. Terrible service and will never use again.

All good, no problems, deposit was a bit harsh!

Counter staff (women) not particularly friendly but we still like to use Goldcar.

Worst rental agency so far. refused all my cardfs though i had mastercard, visa and AmEx. They ahd been accepted all over the world but they refused it, pretending they couldn't charge the guarantee (debit cards). A fingerprint would do the job, but they forced me to take the extra insurance and pre-fuel, engaging a 400+€ extra-fee on my holiday. Car : Lancia Ypsilon was rubbish. No power at all 69HP
