Very satisfied

This car rental company is terrible. The vehicle's condition was horrible, very old, and smelly. It's a miracle it didn't fall apart. The worst part was their extremely poor service attitude. They treat foreigners and Chinese people differently, with noticeable disdain for Chinese customers. I recommend avoiding this company.

They provided me with a Hyundai Tucson with 32,666 km on it. Surprisingly, it was fully equipped with keyless entry and start, heated seats, tri-zone automatic climate control, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control (these two features are really helpful for first-time right-hand drivers, as the car tended to veer left initially), pre-collision warning, steering assist, and rear cross-traffic alert. Apart from the lack of a 360-degree camera, it had everything. There are many winding roads in the South Island, and local drivers take corners very quickly.

They did not provide timely feedback during the process! There was information asymmetry, and they did not follow up on the matter completely! They only called twice to inquire about the situation during the process!

I would advise against using EZU's services in the future. Their cars all have over 100,000 kilometers. I rented a Reiz but got a Camry with 150,000 kilometers. This model is not even seen in the domestic market anymore.

Unreliable! The contact information provided by the platform was incorrect, which made it impossible to reach them upon arrival. The platform's customer service and local 'guides' were of no effective help. Eventually, with the assistance of local Chinese residents, I managed to find the pickup location. When I later contacted the platform to report the issue, both the platform and YESAWAY refused to take responsibility.

Although not located within the airport, they provide a dedicated shuttle service which is very convenient. Plus, they offered a free baby seat. Overall, the service was excellent, and I will choose them again next time!

Very satisfied. Compared to the service efficiency on the North Island, the South Island is much better. The North Island is quite unreliable.

The service at the rental company was average. There were no Chinese-speaking staff, and the electronic contract was too quick to read on their tablet, with no printed version provided. The most crucial issue was that there were no staff present to inspect the car both at pickup and drop-off. We encountered unexplained charges after exchanging the car, and the company has yet to provide a reason for the charges. Be cautious when choosing this company!

Very satisfied, much more streamlined than renting in China, very convenient. You get the key and pick up the car yourself from the parking lot; when returning the car, I happened to meet a staff member who was parking and told me it was Hertz's, so I could just hand over the key without going to the office. Seamless return.

BRC Auckland Airport branch. The car was relatively new, the staff were friendly, and the manager resolved issues quickly. There is another office nearby, which caused some confusion when returning the car, but it was very close by.

The wait time for picking up the car was extremely long, four or five people were in line for almost an hour. Booked a Mazda CX-5 but received a Mitsubishi ASX, which is a lower grade and harder to drive.
