I missed the cancellation window by a few minutes on the QEEQ order, so I couldn't get a refund. I ended up renting directly from the car rental company, and it went smoothly.

Car was a bit tired and hadn’t been cleaned or valeted. However was adequate for our trip and was an upgrade on what was ordered. Desk was helpful and quick once the queue had gone down. Great drop off, parked in one of several lanes, took luggage and handed over keys.

Offered a good price, cheaper than going direct, was nervous about using them as hadn’t done so before but seems to have worked well. Didn’t bother with the price tracker feature.

Arrived around 9 AM, there was a long line for pickup and it took forty minutes. Out of the four cities where I rented cars, only this one kept trying to sell me various insurances and GPS, etc.

Twice now used budget and twice the screwed me over on the final bill, always additional charge with no explanation or justification.

Platform is good, customer service access is reachable and they try to help, however still waiting on feedback for my refund on my last booking, i have been charged extra 10% but no actual reason why from Budget and reached out to Qeeq team and still waiting on feedback

The queue was extremely long, by far the longest among all the rental companies there. The female attendant's attitude was acceptable, but there was something suspicious behind her smile. It wasn't just about hard-selling add-ons anymore; they directly added them to the contract. Even if you insisted you didn't need them, she'd still add them. So, remember to check the contract carefully, review the charges, and don't rush to confirm and sign! I trusted too easily and got scammed over a hundred dollars, but thankfully, the rental platform helped me get back half of it.

Additional charges were not disclosed when signing the contract, and no electronic contract was provided.

Car was fine, the lady at the pick up counter and other staff were extremely helpful and easily changed my drop off to the JFK site.

Fraudulent charges, no signed contract but charged without permission! For nearly three months, no contract has been provided! They keep delaying and not solving the issue! Strongly recommend against choosing them!

The car was very noisy and when noticed it was too late and far to return to replace. It appears that had been used extensively before, almost 100,000 miles. I was busy in my business purposes and short in time to call or replace it during the trip Also the size of it was seem smaller and not at the level in the order of mid-size SUV.

Great service. One bit of feedback is that i couldn't actually find on any communication which car rental company was being used by QEEQ so i had to contact customer services to know which counter to go to.

The questions here on qeeq are very misleading. Somehow it gives a score of 7, yet where is the question about whether I was ripped off or not? On that can I give -10 score? I brought the car back with a full tank with evidence to prove yet they charged me 19 gallons x ~$3.50 x 2 (133 usd) after I got on the plane. Hoping this is an honest mistake but no response from Budget this far. So essentially l my booking cost doubled.

The price booked for did not at all represent the price I paid. Thus far I have paid both Qeeq and Budget so the prepay has not be discounted. This again might be Budget's fault but it makes me lose faith in booking via an aggregate site rather than direct.

The issue at the Budget counter was....we were in Mexico when I booked and Budget had a problem with that...they didn't say why...just the way it was. The lady was bitchy and rude
