The staff was great this time, no upselling at all.

This is my second time renting from this specific location. I actually went out of my way to use this office instead of a closer one because the customer service here is always amazing. The manager is wonderfully accommodating, friendly and makes the pick up and drop off process a complete breeze. Definitely my favourite location for car hires in Pasadena / LA area.

The car rental service wasn't great. Make sure to stay alert. Be sure to get a hard copy of the contract when you pick up the car and verify that the final contract matches the car model and license plate number you received. Ask me how I know—tears taught me!

Si bien no tengo nada que decir sobre el coche porque fue 100 % bueno, me llamó la atención el alto consumo de combustible, habiendo sido conducido en condiciones normales.

I booked a Corolla but received a Ford SUV without any extra charges. At the time of pickup, I mentioned an additional service, and they didn’t push for any upsells.

Near Easter, there was no one at the Budget counter and the business was combined with AVIS. They upgraded my car to a Cadillac, but the key battery was dead. I had to replace it at an auto parts store, which cost 32 dollars.

予約は、ホンダフィットと同等ということだったが、来たのはマツダの車であった。ただ、走りやすく、高速でも充分な力を発揮していた。 しかも渋滞中でも使えるクルーズコントロールが付いていたので、楽だった。

Although I informed them I had my own sunpass for the tolls and this was confirmed as ok, they failed to mention that the E-Toll they now use is linked to the car and not a box affixed to window. On return home $30+ taken in toll charges which are duplicate to my sunpass charges. Budget are dealing with this and are refunding after sending proof of the payments I had made

Would be better if I could amend the booking to another car at anytime, sometimes see different car at lower price. Only was to go for this better offer is to rebook completely and cancel the original, on other car rental sites you can just amend and chose the new offer and the difference in price is automatically given

The staff at Kennedy were really polite. I originally booked a car with Dollar, but due to a locked credit card, I had to switch the reservation last minute. I initially reserved a Toyota Camry, but they gave me a Kia W5. I noticed one of the tires had low pressure, so they replaced it with a Chevrolet Malibu. Although I felt the Malibu was a lower tier than the Camry, it was around 4:30 PM and I still had a 5-hour drive ahead to my destination. Because of the language barrier, I just took the car and left. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating, checked my order, confirmed I had full insurance, and asked where I was headed to determine if I needed an EZPass. Overall, I am satisfied.

El coche en perfectas condiciones. Solamente en el counter de Budget me querían vender todos los seguros nuevamente. No respetaron el contrato con QEEQ. Eso fue un desastre. Por eso no uso normalmente Budget.

El coustemer service de QEEQ impecable. Siempre responden cuando les escribo y también reaccionan cuando los necesito. Vielen Dank
