Staff was decent. Not overly friendly but it seems like everyone in Nevada wasn’t overly friendly so they weren’t better or worse than the rest of our trip.

I had lost days on my trip, had to cover additional hotel costs. lost a meeting which i had to reschedule for September. lost days on my bookings that i paid for. How was i to drive in the rain with no windshield wipers. Was emailed a credit and no credit passed

On your booking the amount given i was charged a little more, this could have been due to exchange rate at the time. Was quoted around R26000 and billed R28000 when collected the vehicle was charged an additional R10000.

As I said before I ran into a lot of problems with my cars: - first car looked reasonable but discovered later that rubber of windshield whiper was loose (not practical since it rained a lot). Furthermore car notification that car needed a engine oil now. Had to swap car - second car less comfortable and after one day received a notification of engine malfunction. Had to swap cars again. However, closest Budget location was >60 miles away. Very inconvenient and time consuming - third car was fairly new and quite good. Budget representative tried to give me a Dodge Charger first which is not a SUV at all. Eventually after waiting I was offered a good car. At the end of my trip this car also gave a notification that engine oil change was due.

Did not have enough cars, check in process was long and we had to wait for a car to be returned before we could leave. Only booked it 14months previously, I suppose we could have given them a little more notice.

Here's a comment you can use for Budget Car Rental: --- I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Budget Car Rental at JFK Airport. Despite booking a car through QEEQ and paying in advance, I encountered several issues. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and I was informed that no cars were available upon arrival. After finally getting a vehicle, I was later hit with an unauthorized charge of USD 1202.39 on my credit card, despite being assured by customer service that there would be no extra fees for dropping off the car at a different location. I’ve tried to resolve this directly with your customer support, but I have yet to receive the refund that was promised. As a visitor from London, this entire experience has been incredibly stressful, and I’m now worried about additional charges on my credit card due to this error. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend Budget to anyone based on my experience.

The vehicle was making noice on the highway at high speed. Unfortunately, we could not exchange the car since we were not close to any major city and have enough time to change our car.

QEEQ great app, not great from customer service explanation about using points..very confusion to use the points and also very limited, which is not great app or able customer to use the point..it is more gimmick than actual to use the points..

Car met expectations, the only downside was we waited nearly an hour at the desk to get the car and as you can imagine with an 8 year old and a long flight it was to long. Staff were lovely not there fault.

So Ive been charged money and after drop off there was zero mention of this. the car was full of petrol and the condition was normal. inside was clean. outside had desert dust on it. no idea why they charged me this sneaky fee.
