Very dissatisfied. I rented a car for a month and there was a free ferry service that they didn't mention. I found out later and told the rental company they should inform customers in advance. What kind of nonsense is this? No one would know unless you say something. It's all just a play on words. Ridiculous. The car rental platform also played the blame game and sent many emails that were a waste of time and did nothing useful. Extremely disappointing! As a platform, if you can't secure benefits for your customers, you should cover those costs instead of ignoring the issue!

No service, just normal interaction! Can the car be in worse condition? Over 200,000 kilometers and the left side mirror and gas cap have spider webs. The doors won't even open, I have to climb in through the passenger side to open the driver's door! The fuel tank was only half full, and the boss said it's fine to return it with the same amount of fuel... The most absurd thing was returning the car. When we arrived at the store, there was no one there. We called, and they told us to wait. The store arranged the cheapest Uber to take us to the airport! This was definitely the worst car rental experience I've ever had.

The window had an issue and wouldn't roll up, but it was fixed promptly, and they proactively offered a replacement vehicle.

Due to business trips, I frequently use car rental services, but I will never use this company again, even if the prices are very cheap. There are too many hidden charges. Firstly, the front desk staff deliberately slowed down their work because I didn't buy the insurance they recommended, and they found various excuses not to give me the keys. When returning the car, they told me that the front windshield had some scratches and asked me to pay for it. After cleaning the windshield with water, I found it was just dirt and not really damaged, but then they started finding other problems. Such disgusting service is really frustrating. The tricks are too many, with lots of hidden charges, and they even justifying it by saying it's just business. It's very obvious they are trying to rip off customers.

Additionally, when booking, it was clearly stated that the rental company would cover the transition fee for the vehicle, but they refused to provide this. The car we picked up was different as well. About the car itself, the battery died the next day, so we spent the whole morning without playing around, then got a replacement car with a broken door. Trust me, don't rent from this platform. We rented three cars, and two had issues. The reason the price is cheap is that they are very old cars that you could buy locally for 3000 NZD, yet they're renting them out for thousands. The service is unreliable, and the condition of the cars is concerning, not to mention your safety. You'll likely spend most of your time dealing with repairs and replacements. And then, dealing with the insurance afterwards is a continuous hassle.

Poor, really very poor. I was supposed to pick up the car at 11 am, I arrived at 10:30 am and no one was there. I have a video as evidence. Someone showed up at around 11:10 am, and then they told me my credit card couldn’t be processed for the security deposit, so I couldn't get the car. It was past 11 am, so I couldn't cancel the reservation. I arrived at 10:30 am, how is that my fault? The rental company didn’t respond at all. I seriously suspect they are colluding. I’m planning to file a complaint with the authorities when I return to my country.

I booked a Toyota Yaris, and I can understand getting a car from the same category, but giving me an old Tiida with over 160,000 kilometers on it is unacceptable. Plus, it had three regular tires and one spare tire, and the accelerator was very loose. What's worse, by the end of the rental period, the brakes also became loose and I had to press them all the way down to stop. Initially, I requested a car change via WeChat and got a reply after 4-5 hours saying that there were no available cars for a swap due to high demand. I will definitely not rent from this company again. An additional $50 was charged for after-hours pickup. Which rental company charges extra for that?

There were issues while refueling the car. The pump kept shutting off, and fuel splashed all over me. Because of this, it was impossible to tell when the tank was full. I'm glad I only rented the car for two days. Overall, it was a very disappointing rental experience. Just sharing my honest feedback (negative review).

The car was supposed to be a Mitsubishi, but I received a different model, which was smaller than the Mitsubishi. They insisted it was the same model.
