The car pick up was very straightforward with little or no ‘sales pitch’ for added insurance etc which was good however I did feel there was little or no information given regarding condition of car, road tolls etc which I would have liked.

QEEQ were excellent from the off.. The on line booking was simple and straightforward and the 1$Us deposit was very welcomed. We paid for the car the day before the pick up and were advised the cost had dropped by over £40 ( presumably exchange rate difference) which was a nice bonus and the refund was in my account 3 days after we returned the car. Also we booked a 4 door saloon and were given a mediumSUV

The windscreen had a crack in it..it had dents in it..I waiting over a hour it wasn’t the vehicle I asked for..The guy at the desk was very friendly thought and I’ve been over charged 43 pounds

Budget is a terrible rental company. Be careful with your deposit. It's been a month and I still haven't received it back!

Excellent service, the car was in great condition.

We had our booking canceled twice by the rental company. The first time was because the driver had a US license, not a Chinese one. The second time was because the reserved Kia Rio wasn’t available, and the staff suggested switching to a Toyota Corolla. On the third attempt, we booked the Toyota Corolla again, but when we arrived, they said there were no Corollas available and upgraded us to a Mercedes EQB 300 SUV. However, it turned out to be an electric car, and the range was only 194 miles, making it unsuitable for longer trips like to Miami. Unfortunately, charging stations in the Orlando area are scarce. During the 3 days we had the car, we could only fully charge it once on February 9th at a station 1.2 kilometers from the hotel. On the return date, February 10th, we drove to St. Cloud and tried three different parking lots to charge the car to the required 85%, but all required downloading an app, which we couldn’t get to work. In the end, we returned the car to the Orlando Airport location with about 60% charge, lower than the 85% required. Thankfully, a staff member was present, and after explaining the situation, we were only charged $0.12 for the electricity difference (see the receipt from February 10th attached).

This was a brand new Cadillac. It was a great driving experience.

Overall, it was a good experience. After all, they are a big company. The car we got was clean, though it wasn't a Ford Focus but a Kia. There was a note in the car saying it had been cleaned. There was a small paint chip on the car door, which we photographed when picking up the car. So far there haven't been any charges or disputes.

On dropoff, i was told i will receive a final bill for my reference. I didn't receive anything. But i can see a charge on my card. Its unexplained charge

I saw the great feedback on trustpilot and went with qeeq. while offline communication was good through the process until pickup, there was little to no communication afterwards.

Renting a car was convenient, the vehicle quality was excellent, and the customer service was very good and efficient! Highly recommended!

There were quite a few people picking up cars, so I didn't get the model I wanted. However, I found the Jeep quite nice, especially for mountain and snowy areas.
