Struggled to find drop off point at queenstown airport, should have been told to drop off at Hertz counter

Counter staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, and although the Nissan Tiida was in very poor bodily condition (held together with tape in a particular place), it actually went well enough, but I honestly do feel it is time this car was pensioned off!!!

Great booking platform that I would use again.

Waived my young driver fee, and the car was very affordable.

The car provided was an MG (model unknown) and it was not easy to drive.

They tried to charge me another full day because I picked the car up half an hour early. What rubbish!! I didn't get a refund when I returned it 1.5 hours early.

Older car but price was right

The car was as expected - clean and in good condition. The wait time for the shuttle varied and depending on how busy the counter staff are, it would affect the time taken to pick up and drop off the car.

Things went very smoothly for vehicle pickup and drop off. Very easy. The girl at pick up was very helpful. They could provide better instructions to find the shuttle pickup area is the only suggestion.

EZU Duplicate charge my rental fee, after call to QEEQ customer service and EZU, got refund. But give me a bad experience and waste my time during travel.

Picking the vehicle up from Auckland Airport was a little frustrating as the vehicle we hired wasn't ready for collection as it hadn't been cleaned. Required us to stand around and wait patiently whilst this happened. Coming off a 3.5hr flight with 2 kids isn't exactly what you want to do as I had made the booking nearly 4 weeks prior, so the Hertz team had plenty of notice to get the vehicle ready.

The car was excellent, the pick up from Auckland was seamless but the drop off at Wellington Airport was difficult as the rental drop off area wasn’t signposted, the Hertz staff eventually resolved it but it took a lot longer than it should.

The whole process was simple & went without a hitch.

The car was great, I only needed a small car as I was by myself, it drove well and great fuel economy picking up was easy as was the drop off

I strongly advise against renting cars from this company: their cars are all very old second-hand vehicles. They gave me a car that had over 290,000 kilometers and made strange noises—it was extremely shabby inside. I don't understand how they can rent out cars that should be scrapped; it will ruin your entire trip. Although the service attitude was okay, I strongly opposed them and they gave me a different car, but it wasted several hours of my valuable time. If your English isn't good, it’s even more troublesome. Rent-a-car companies really shouldn't cooperate with such a company.

SNAP were great. We phoned them from the airport and they were there within minutes to pick us up and take us to collect our vehicle. Staff were very friendly and the service was fast.

The QEEQ booking platform was very easy to use.

Airport desk was a little understaffed on pickup. Upgrade to SUV verry much appreciated! Booster seats were not so clean and material a bit frayed etc.
