Checking in was extraordinarily slow, as there were only two people in front of me in line and it took over half an hour.

The Pick-Up instructions for ORD are misleading: "From the terminal, you can see the shuttle bus pick-up area. Take the shuttle bus to the store and check in at the counter" ORD has a tram to get to the car rental lot from the terminals; only airport hotels have shuttle buses. Please correct the instructions to indicate that travelers should take the tram.

The store is relatively small, not many people, so the queue time was very short.

The brakes were not in good condition, the car kept shaking when we would press the brakes. The key fob battery stopped working and the car wouldn't lock. I was not informed to renew the contract after completion of a month and so had some issues when I tried to call to extend the rental for 4 days. I ended driving 4 hours to the nearest budget to drop off the car because of this.

When I contacted qeeq to extend my car rental they just sent me to budget and did not help

I was forced to take all the insurance when I have rented several times in other places and the treatment has been much better and much cheaper for something much better, the worst experience with Budget, they steal people's money and time

Specific vehicle hired was not avaliable at pick up. We had specifically wanted a 4 wheel drive as we planned on going to the snow. We offered a 2 wheel drive as an alternative which was not what we were after. Unfortunately had to pay for an upgrade but did get a good discount although it was still expensive for a two week hire.

Returned car around 3:30 am on 11/Jan, terminal C, MCO. No officer to receive the vehicle, dropped the key to the officer at the counter. Was charged today a total of 359 US$ although returned car on dull tank with no damage, yet the insurance has 0 excess deductible. Very hard to contact budget for the over charge incurred. Please advise.

Here is another example of overcharging with Budget Car Rental LAX and despite using them for years, I think this the last time. Booked and paid in full #40548011 for a mid SUV 27th Dec-9th Jan and when arrived for pickup said they didn't have one available. All they could offer was a Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 open back truck which was so impractical for business and luggage which got soaked in between hotels. I didn't want all the optional extras apart from the unlimited toll charges as I was advised there were tolls between LA and Vegas and to be fair it's been years since I went to CES in Vegas so accepted but that was a crock of sh**t as I didn't pass one in 2 weeks. On return we filled up at Mobil 765 N Sepulveda no more than 3 miles from the airport so as far as I was concerned was expecting just a charge for tolls..... On the 11th January I was charged a huge $485.50 for additional services including $142 for tolls, $97 for roadside assistance plus and a massive $190 for fuel. Scandalous!!!! We have spent the past 2 weeks disputing this through QEEQ which to be fair are brilliant but they are not budging despite even sending a fuel receipt from my expenses only 10 minutes before the vehicle was dropped off. This is not acceptable for a multinational repulatable company and should be ashamed of their practices. If this is not sorted soon then we are going to use our company solicitors to persue it further

They charge me toll package .that i avoid all my trips And charge me pre paid fuel ,I drop off the car with full gas . That i am remember i not a agree for If i paid for something why I am not use it and why i drop off the car with full They provide letter i am not sigh in it . I am all the time rent cars without two services It is last time with budget

The Budget arrival service was well signposted and quick with very small wait. The vehicle was clean, spacious and easy to find within the covered on site airport car park.

Cheapest provider with excellent customer service. Easy to use website and useful pre arrival instruction and helpful reminder info on day of drop off. Would recommend and use again.
