Very good

The car was very new, the hybrid was fuel-efficient, it had a rearview camera, a steering wheel lock, and the staff answered all questions.

The car was a bit old, but everything else was satisfactory.

The store's computer had issues on the day of pickup, making us wait for a long time. The Indian manager at the store seemed incompetent, claiming my newly updated driver's license was expired without even checking the translated copy. The situation left me stressed and sweaty due to jet lag. When I wanted to extend the rental, they insisted on inspecting the car in person, making me visit the store for no reason at all as nothing was actually done.

The instructions for contacting for picking up are frustratingly unclear and unhelpful and could be updated to say, go to the end of the international terminal, out the door, and wait for a van with the logo xxxx. There was no phone to call for clarity. I then missed the first shuttle.

Quite convenient, and the staff is very friendly.

The pickup location was not good, but the return location was fine.

It's better to buy full insurance at the store for just 300 dollars, then you won't need to pay a deposit. It's easy for stones to chip the windshield, and the damn goats even climbed on the car and scratched it.

The price is indeed cheap, but I also felt the indifference of the staff. For example, on the first day, due to a scratch accident, I had to return the car to the rental company. This company was very indifferent, refusing to provide a new vehicle for us to continue using, and unilaterally ending the order early. They were in a hurry to get off work, urging us to finish signing and swiping the card, trying to get rid of us without considering our subsequent needs, only wanting to break ties. It was my first time driving in New Zealand, and being treated like this by fellow countrymen left me feeling helpless.

Pretty good, no unnecessary talk. They handed over the car directly and I just returned the keys when dropping off.

This experience was very poor; they couldn't solve my problems properly. They kept shifting the responsibility to the car rental company. I rented the car from your platform, not directly from the car rental company, so of course, I would come to you when there's an issue. How you communicate with the car rental company is not my concern. They just shirk responsibility and don't want to take any. This rental completely messed up my travel plans. I will not rent a car from this platform in the future, nor will I recommend it to people around me.

Drop off time was not made very clear by the staff in Auckland. We were told to drop off in Wellington by 4pm and therefore not realizing the vehicle had to be dropped off by 12 noon as per the booking paperwork.

All good.

Top Rental were great to deal with. Prompt pickup, near new vehicle, easy dropoff and no pressure to buy unwanted insurance.

The team on site upgraded me to a hybrid vehicle, it was really nice and so efficient. Really friendly team at the airport.

Really straightforward booking process, easy to navigate, understand the booking details and organise my trip.

Satisfied! Issues were quickly resolved after coordination.

when I arrived the airport, the first lady who picked up my call was not too helpful. However the lady who help with car-pick up was excellent and super friendly. I had a fairly wait to be drop off back to the airport after car return, could be lunch time short staff.
