We found budget staff great. They didn't try to upsell us. When we dropped off car we had a crack in side door window due to following a gritting lorry. The staff made no fuss and seemed more concerned about our welfare.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
I have used QEEQ several times, twice this year and price is always good. Holding car for a buck - great.
Some damages on the vehicle needed to be remarked before leaving pick-up - should have been marked and told at the pick-up not needing reporting from the renter
About QEEQ:10.0/10
Generally it's easy to book and the prices are great!! As a first timer renter there was quite a lot to read/get used to, but in my opinion nothing to remove and the next time it will go a lot faster to book
“Value for money at QEEQ, but rental company could do better”
About Budget:7.0/10
When upgrading you shouldn't change vehicle basics like electric / combustion engine without notifying this when the vehicle is picked up. We we're going to places without possibilities to charge and hence specifically had ordered a combustion engine (we at home drive electrically, so this would normally be our choice, if just possible)
“Awful. Having to wait for 3 hours for my car and the oil maintenace reminder always came on.”
About AVIS:5.0/10
I had to wait for 3 hours to get a car. They had a long, long line up and by the time I got to the counter they were out of cars. They gave me a large Toyota 4runner instead of the Camri I had reserved. I doubt I will use Avlis again. They were totally incompetent.
Staff very disinterested (Labor Day, why are we here?), only 2 cars in lot when I arrived, then another, to be mine, arrived for drop off, so got minor upgrade to medium SUV from medium saloon, as they didn't have anything else except 2 luxury enormous SUVs
Very slow, long queue for AVIS as usual. Agent couldn't find me a car but after waiting 10 mins found me one which was damaged and not clean. Agent then tried to add on an $800 excess waiver without telling me, luckily I noticed it before paying.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
Qeeq booking process flawless as usual, no complaints.
