Everyone was very helpful.

It was most definitely the most affordable option I could find.

The car was good, got an upgrade for a 4WD car that was important because of the very bad weather conditions during the rental.

Horrible expérience avec Budget. Aucun véhicule de disponible. On ne reconnais pas la réservation. Le conseiller veut démarrer un contrat avec une autre cie. Nous sommes incapable de rejoindre QEEQ pour parler a un agent. Il nous charge plus cher pour la nouvelle réservation. Nous finissons par devoir accepté en l'absence de communication avec QEEQ et la confusion totale dans le dossier. Nous commençons le voyage totalement stressé.

Nous avons payé en double pour une réservation. Plus de 1400$. Incapable d'avoir le véhicule initial avec Budget. Nous avons dû débourser pour appeler a l'international. Cela a pris beaucoup de notre temps vacances pour gérer la situation. Et nous n'avons pas encore de remboursement pour une réservation sans véhicule. C'est long et stressant. Nous espérions une autre expérience de voyage

Did not use the QEEQ reservation but made another even though I presented the QEEQ documents. Got charged double.

Worked well

We waited over an hour to get our car. It was the longest wait I have ever experienced. When you return the car, the attendant would barely talk to me. I would like confirmation that the car has been inspected and that is is satisfactory.

Booking was easy and the email & text communication was good.

Did not have a suv gave me a jeep instead which was ok , not very new model but worn very helpful lady on desk

My previous rental experiences from Budget were very good, however this time the model / brand i booked was not available. instead of upgrading my booking to a better model they gave me a smaller car for the same price.

great service! car was fully charged, I drove only to downtown and back and returned the car with 74% of batery which was completely for free! you can use 30% out of 100 for free and wil not pay if % at return is more than 70

Easy to book and find everything. I was prepared with the documents needed for an international rental. I thought the price was a little high, but it was on par or lower than other places.

Budget was great. Very accommodating when I was a little late for my pick-up.

After reading the Budget reviews, I was a bit concerned. I have to say on arrival it was a very pleasant experience with helpful and friendly staff. The car was what we expected in size and fitted our luggage perfectly. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.

SUPER long queue at registration desk @BOS 30people queueing, only 2staffs serving. i have to stand in the line for almost 1.5hours

I've booked Corolla n got a similar one Kia which i felt was a downgrade and the car condition was not the best...right side of the car had lots of scratches and dented and the lady at newark was super gruchy, not friendly at all. However, return at Albany Airport, the staff was much more helpful and friendier
