The service is excellent, especially the Riyadh return office. The young gentleman who received the car was very enthusiastic and patient. Full marks for him.
Great service. We spent an extra 90 NZD to rent snow chains just in case it snowed at Crown Mountain. We didn't use them, but the service was excellent.

If your flight is delayed abroad, their customer support will help you communicate with the rental company, which is very considerate. They also call to check if the car rental went smoothly. QEEQ is getting better and better.
Overall good experience, very fast service, and the store was well-prepared. There was a minor issue with the rental agreement, but it was resolved quickly.
The staff at the counter were very inefficient. There was only one person in line ahead of us, but it took them over 30 minutes. When it was our turn, it took nearly an hour to process our information. Doesn't the system synchronize information? They also tried to upsell us on full insurance. The car we received was older and not very clean.
Overall good, but the staff was a bit unfair when I returned the car. I was one bar short on fuel, and she charged me 40 euros for a full tank without informing me that there's a gas station right outside. I was upset.
