The local rental company at Johor Bahru airport was really professional and attentive. Pick-up was quick, and they took the time to clearly explain all the important details. I chose a 2015 model, but the car was very well maintained—clean inside and out with no strange smells.

Both pick-up and drop-off were super convenient since everything is right at the airport. I’ll definitely use R&R again next time.

The car was in great condition and the service was pretty good, but the model I booked wasn’t the one I ended up getting. Their only explanation was that the original car had already been sold, and they didn’t really offer any further solution.

The guy at the airport was awesome. No hard sell at all, so I really don’t get where all those bad reviews online are coming from. My card had an issue and he patiently waited while I sorted it out. The whole rental process was super smooth.
