The car is a bit old and the Bluetooth occasionally doesn't connect. Not sure if it's the same as what I booked.

The waiting time was too long. I waited for over an hour before it was my turn.

This Europcar branch is awful, they seriously discriminate against Asians. Watch out for them, avoid at all costs. You'll regret choosing them.

The Thrifty car rental service at this airport has relatively good service. However, they can be somewhat misleading by claiming that the road insurance is mandatory for everyone. During my second rental, I unknowingly paid for it. But subsequent rentals with Thrifty didn't have this issue. I now think there might have been a problem with that particular car, which is why they suggested I buy it.

There is a shuttle service that takes you to the car rental store outside the airport.

This local Italian car rental company is very laid-back, no upselling at all. What you book is what you get. I had to ask for full insurance myself for it to be added. The rental location at Florence train station has separate spots for paperwork and car pickup. It's about a five-minute walk between them. Most importantly, the car pickup spot is in a garage outside the ZTL, which is very convenient! Once you finish the paperwork and walk over, the car is already prepared. There were no staff members around to explain anything, very laid-back! You inspect the car yourself and contact staff if there are any issues. During the paperwork, the staff told me to return the car with a full tank of fuel. I assumed the car was full when I picked it up, but it wasn't! I filled it up upon return and realized it wasn't full when I picked it up. I mentioned this to the staff when returning the car, and he just smiled and said I simply spent a bit more money but there was nothing he could do.

We are always met at the door by the ALamo agent whenever we rent a car from Alamo. There is never any queue. However, the Mercedes A series we booked was not available, so we settled for a Volkswagen Arteon which was a pleasure to drive as it was a smart car.

QEEQ provides the best price I can find and they always cancel the booking and rebook if the price falls more than 5% which happened with my booking. This is great as it gives me additional savings. The service as I get from QEEQ is excellent. The customer service always replies promptly whenever I contact them by email.

Dear Sirs, they made an outrageous extortion of fines. We have not scratched the wheel cover - and all tires were black when the car was returned - so how come Surprice rent company sent us a picture where one wheel has now mark made with white chalk- pretending to be street paint - it is impossible to run into a curb and make this mark - to square. The wheel is always rotating so no such marks are possible - basic geometry. This is a simple false claim on car rental company side - and extortion of fines. (do they do it to every car that has not purchased overinflated insurance with Surprice rent?) And they charge 100 eur for a car wheel cover!!!! I will post proper opinions on several websites about this case. And Qeeq should look into this matter - if you are interested - we can send pictures - just to which email? 車自体のメカニカルな状態は良かったが、内外装が少し汚なかったのが残念でした。 ガソリン満タン貸し/満タン返しの契約でしたが、最初借りた時fuelゲージが8/10くらいになっていて、満タン貸しの状態ではなかったのも残念。
