Overall very efficient service with a clear and simple process.

They called me in advance to confirm everything, then drove the car over so I could pick it up right away. When returning it, I just left it in the garage—super convenient.

Really happy with this rental. They even upgraded my car at pickup, so it was basically a brand-new Audi. Tom was super friendly and really responsible. I returned the car about 10 minutes later than planned and the branch had already closed, but Tom still helped me out, took the car back, and finished all the paperwork the next day without me having to go back in. Huge shout-out to Tom, really appreciate what he did!

The staff were pretty nice and the pickup was really quick. They accept digital documents for collecting the car, which is super convenient. I only took the basic insurance from the rental company and didn’t add anything extra, but the staff still took the time to remind me to set Google Maps to avoid ferries and gave me the relevant contact numbers in case anything happens or I need emergency assistance.

Since they’re Chinese themselves, communication was really smooth and everything was straightforward, plus none of that hard-sell insurance stuff you often get from foreign rental companies. Best part is they can handle all the cross-border paperwork (NOC), so it was super convenient to self-drive to Oman.
