初めての場所（ドンムアン空港）での返却の際にスタッフの対応は素早く、笑顔で素敵でした。

航空機の関係でスワンナプーム空港で受け取りドンムアン空港で返却するという変則的なレンタルでしたが、QEEQはこのリクエストに対応してくれました。ありがとう

The car was a little bigger than ordered. The only small complain is that we arrived half an hour earlier and the car was not ready then, we had to wait.

Whilst the car was as expected and the counter staff were polite, we were forced due to Green Motion not being able to process our credit card for pre authorisation to purchase insurance that was more than the cost of the rental. We witnessed another customer suffer the same fate, which made us think it was a bit of a scam. Will not use Green Motion again.

Booking platform was as usual easy to use. Price drop worked well and saved us some money.

最大手で同カテゴリーの車の選択肢が多いのが良かったです。普段乗り慣れている日本車メーカーからコンパクトカーが選べたので、とてもいい感じでした。

国際免許事前取得不要となったので、最近はもっぱらQEEQ経由でHERTSかDOLLARを借りています。 必要に応じてwebで追加保険にも入れるし、翻訳免許の作成手順もいろいろ便利で助かってます。

飛行機の遅れで夜遅くに到着しましたが、受付の女性がとてもフレンドリーで、今日はみんな天気が悪くて遅れてるから大丈夫よと親切に接してくれました。

At first they had some challenges with my international card and drivers license but it was quickly dealt with by a senior member of staff.

Friendly staff, offered me the best they had available, quick and easy. No issues, just how it should be.

QEEQ is a great place to book your car from. The costs are very competitive and transparent. Super easy.

The worst service in years. The specific staff had the “ I couldn’t care less” attitude. I have booked an Opel Crossland or similar. I was told that they did not have one with summer tyres, ok that happens, then usually you get an upgrade. Not here Europe car offered me a Suzuki Swift, which is way smaller, or I had to pay $15 for the winter tyres per day that I did need nor ordered. I was told I had to pay or no car or I could get the Suzuki, that was way to small. No other offering nor compromise. I had to accept the charge. The next was that, I was told that the car had no damage to it. After inspecting the car I found a large circular marking on it. I went back and asked the specific staff to add it to the damage report, which she declined. I asked her again please add it to the report and she said no I could just take a a photo of the damage. From previous experience with Europecar UK, I was told the same, but ended up being a hell of an experience afterwards. So from then always have all the damages on the damage report.

Es primera vez que arriendo un vehículo por fines de vacaciones y una experiencia muy satisfactoria, donde no tengo puntos bajos a evaluar, el vehículo superó las expectativas, los frenos espectacular, dado que la conducción en Brasil es un tanto compleja por la gran cantidad de camiones que transitan, sumado a la conducta de los conductores, la cual es un tanto agresiva. En fin, 10 puntos para el servicio prestado. Espero no tener variaciones en los valores pactados y que me descontaran en la tarjeta de crédito. Saludos

Had we not checked the supplied snow chains for size we would have ended up in serious trouble in the mountains. They gave us completely the wrong size. I can’t understand how that could even happen! This has happened numerous times so ALWAYS check

Happy with Qeeq and the overall booking

The car was perfect. They try to sale us special equipment for snow which was not really needed

Rita at the counter is great. They explain about the 'limited insurance ' and you can upgrade BUT no hard sell. They also go to the car with you as you check if there is any pre-existing damage.

カレー臭い車でした。 車両も傷だらけでした。 ハーツのカウンターではフルカバレッジを強引に進めてきますが2回断ると断れます。

予約のわかりやすさ、スムーズさでは大変良かった。

It took me a while to pick up the car, but except this, everything was fine.

The experience was good, and will use again for my next trip in US.
