Staff charged me JPY10,000 for after hours pick up. Charged me JPY12,000 for winter tyres. Did not provide ETC card however I specifically requested that.

Long delay picking up the vehicle. Wanted to use it to take my state driving test, but the first vehicle had no registration document. Budget told me to go back to the pickup location to have one issued. But they could not do it, so swapped the vehicle (after checking many others to find a legal one). Counter staff were great, the operations and support staff behind them absolutely not. To top it off, I was then charged because the first car didn't have a full tank when returned! It was not my intention to return the car - this was the only resolution available to the onsite representative. I'm currently waiting for a response to a formal complaint.

I've asked QeeQ to help resolve the complaint, but as yet this hasn't been resolved. Support has been 'ok' but I have had better experiences in the past.

Upon arrival to collect the vehicle on December 5, I faced a delay of approximately 35 minutes. This was due to the unavailability of a suitable vehicle, despite making a reservation well in advance. The first vehicle I was given had an expired vehicle registration. I only discovered this when told by the SCDMV. Exchanging to a legal vehicle required me to take unpaid time off work, which hasn't been compensated. More than 6 other vehicles also had expired registrations. To top it off, I was then charged (and subsequently refunded after complaining) because the first car didn't have a full tank when returned! It was not my intention to return the car - this was the only resolution available to the onsite representative.

Yes staff was helpful. Just that the language barrier could be an issue. Also the staff didnt advice me on the nearest petrol station to the airport to refuel the gas. I had to figure that information myself

Yes acceptable thanks. But to hold the car rental deposit and not to reverse the amount upon returning of the car can be worrisome. Now after 3 days i still not certain if the deposit will be transfered and reversed back accordingly

Very convenient. No hassle. Did not push us ti buy any additional insurance. They actually refined me 40 MAD as I did pay for the car parking when I took the car off them. So everything went really fine.

En la devolución teniamos un poco de arena en el coche y por ese motivo nos han robado 50$ en nuestra opinión demasiado. Por otro lado el aparca coches de avis muy antipatico. No nos ayudo en nada.

The car that I requested was not the same that one that I got I didn’t like the condition of the exterior it was full of mud, dust, etc. it has a lot of visual imperfections I requested the hybrid one. I got a diesel one

The price could’ve been better because on that category I paid too much and I didn’t get the car that I booked for. next time, I hope that I get the same category that I pay for

First time user. Was initially skeptical, as booked price was considerably lower than others. However, research online calmed my nervousness about QEEQ--lots of positive reviews. And the entire process could not have been smoother. A satisfied customer!

Car was the one I booked, it was in good condition and clean. The desk staff were really efficient and helpful, a lot better than the last time.

The booking platform was excellent and the price freeze works a treat.
