Car’s condition was just okay – the seat stitching was coming apart, there was no washer fluid at all, and the steering was so heavy I honestly wondered if something was wrong. But for the price it’s amazing value, and I saw a lot of people on the road using cars from this company too!

Even though it’s located outside the airport, you can just call and they’ll pick you up and drop you off, which is really convenient.

Overall it was pretty good, and the staff were really nice. I’m guessing it’s a company policy, but they did try hard to talk us into prepaying for a full tank of gas. In the end we decided not to prepay and just return the car with a full tank instead.

Really happy with Cindi this time – super efficient, friendly and enthusiastic service, and the paperwork was really simple.

Lines were pretty long, but the staff were really nice. Returning the car was super smooth, wrapped up in a minute or two—thumbs up.

The company felt pretty legit. No hard sell on extra insurance, they didn’t insist on any license translations beyond the original, and they just double-checked I could drive a manual. My Focus got swapped for another car in the same class, but since it only had about 800 km on it, I really couldn’t complain. We did a 14-day road trip around Madrid, Seville, and Valencia with a small manual car for two people, and it was perfect—especially with cheap fuel.
